SMC Supervisors July 12, 2016 Appointment of Carlos G. Bolanos to Sheriff was illegal and a coup.

I have asked all San Mateo County Elected Officials to NOT recognize Carlos G. Bolanos as the Sheriff of San Mateo County because the Clerk of Board and the Supervisors did not properly notice the public and it was not on the agenda for that day.
