San Mateo County Developer David D. Bohannon II Arrested for Felony Domestic Assault.

Update: Arrested for the second time on monday 7:45pm. On Santa Margarita Avenue for violating the emergency protective order.

Wednesday morning at 6:33AM the Menlo Park Police arrested David D. Bohannon II for Felony Domestic Assault at his residence on Hermosa Way, Menlo Park, California.

His wife was the victim, she declined medical treatment.

Mr. Bohannon is out of jail at this time. An Emergency Protective Order EPO was issued. The Menlo Park Police Department will deliver the complaint to the District Attorney’s Office on 10/18/2016. Therefore there are no charges filed against him at this moment. According to Detective Salvador Zuno of the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Bohannon posted $25,000 in bail by Keith Carter Bail Company and was released at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13.

His next court date is November 15, 2016 8:30 AM in Redwood City, California.

I followed up on this court case, the docket showed 8:30 AM and instead of a case number it said Clerks Office, so I went there. They were surprised because they had NO information David D. Bohannon’s 2 arrests. Case Disappeared.
