San Mateo County residents should be very proud this Judge is on the bench.
He is the exception, In the Del Carlo Case 11/17/ 2017 which was connected to the former Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case, He informs DDA Bryan Abanto, “I’m confident it should have been disclosed to the Grand Jury.”
For the average resident this means it was Prosecutorial Misconduct.
Result: MOTION TO DISMISS BY SUGERMAN FOR DEL CARLO, GRANTED
Mark De Paula:
By Michael G. Stogner & Sarah Navratil
Yesterday 3/13/2018 Mark De Paula and I spoke during public comment. Mr. De Paula shared his story about his time and money spent to get to the truth about Carlos G. Bolanos being inside the single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada on April 21, 2007. De Paula also shared that after 3 years the FBI did finally responded to an Information Request. Mr. De Paula shared that information from the FBI confirmed that Both FBI and Las Vegas Metro Police Department had knowledge of a child sex slave.
Here is the County video of that meeting, I follow Mark at about the 7 minute mark, Don Horsley 28:55 mark makes a positive comment about Carlos G. Bolanos doing such a great job in the women’s jail and that is why he endorses him. What a disconnect from what Mark and I just said. Child Sex Slave, Porn & Rape Video for top Sheriff Management on County Computers, Bolanos Interfering in Sheriff Investigation for the benefit of his child. Now if Horsley is competent what caused him to make that statement after Mark and I left the room.
Please share this with all San Mateo County Residents especially District Three residents lets see what they think.
This is why I recommend letting the employee go, as soon as they announce they are retiring in the future take their keys and thank them. This action begs for attention what he is saying is PLEASE FIRE me.
They now don’t show the concerned citizens who take the time and effort to bring serious topics the the Supervisors who are the County Watchdogs. They also leave blank on the agenda side of who the public comment speakers were. That is progress.
Everybody in county leadership knew the Concerned Citizen Mark De Paula and I were speaking at the Public Comment part of the BOS Meeting yesterday. Mark had been granted in advance by Dave Pine 3 minutes to make his comment. I was offered 3 by Mr. Pine and I thanked him but told him it would not be needed. Comments are at the 3:50 to about 9 minute mark on this video.

- and Sanctuary State – all residents of San Mateo County will be treated with dignity and respect, no matter what their document status is.
- The Wearing of Body Cameras – as your Sheriff, I will require body cameras for all deputies with appropriate guidelines in place. It is our duty to earn continued confidence with trust.
Representatives from ALAS and others will be in attendance and Spanish translation will be available.
Update from the meeting:
At the meeting tonight Candidate Mark Melville stated the Sheriff should be elected by the residents/voters and he pointed out that San Mateo County Supervisors have not allowed the voters to elect the Sheriff in 25 years.
