San Mateo County Supervisor Carole Groom does it again. She talks to the perp instead of the Whistleblower.

By Michael G. Stogner & Sarah Navratil

Good and Concerned Citizen Mark De Paula offers Carole Groom the data from the recently acquired CD-ROM from the FBI, she declines it and says she’ll talk to Carlos Bolanos. Why on earth would a representative of the residents of San Mateo County do that?

Carole Groom of District 2 Supervisor of San Mateo County called me over 4 weeks ago to tell me she voted not to appoint Carlos G. Bolanos for Sheriff in July 12, 2016, but now endorses him. I said why? Carole’s response was ” Carlos is doing a good job”. I said I would like to show you the FBI data that was sent to me on January 8, 2018. Carole’s response was I will talk to to Carlos, and I said I have the FBI data. This conversation was by her private phone 6 weeks ago.

The readers might recall that Samtrans Whistleblower Ling La was directed to contact Supervisor Carole Groom with her $2.5M FRAUD allegation, and Carole Groom went to the management of SamTrans instead of taking the FRAUD complaint. She later lied to an editor and reporter right in front of Mark De Paula. She then lied about the lie.
