There are three candidates for Sheriff of San Mateo County 2018, Mark Melville, Write In candidate Heinz Puschendorf, and Carlos Bolanos.
Carlos Bolanos is the only candidate who refuses to answer questions.

Sarah and I have just one question of you for now.
April 21, 2007 when you were caught and detained as a customer at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada at a private residence that housed Human Trafficked Sex Slaves including at least one child.
How many minutes total were you detained?
