May 5, 2020, The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Meeting.
Andrew Boone had made a public comment supporting higher wages in San Mateo County specifically the unincorporated area. During Public Comment there is No Response, it’s simply 2 minutes of saying whatever you feel is important. San Mateo County Counsel John Beiers couldn’t help himself he just had to give a response. He has a habit of doing that whenever he feels like it. Andrew Boone called back and called John Beiers a Liar and offered the Supervisors evidence to back up his claim. After that statement I waited for John Beiers or the Supervisors to express Outrage that a Citizen would call their Legal Counsel a Liar in a Public Meeting, Silence was the response.

The reason for the Silence is Andrew Boone said the Obvious Truth.
Why would that be OK with all five elected officials and County Manager?
