Half Moon Bay Mayor Adam Eisen fails to act after being misled by Law Enforcement.

Adam Eisen the Mayor of Half Moon Bay should have already suspended or demanded the suspension of Sheriff Deputy Dominguez, for firing 5 shots at close range at Sandra L. Harmon an unarmed civilian with her hands up above her head. May 5, 2020 She was shot 8 times 3 shots to the back were fatal. She died at the scene. Since May 5, 2020 Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and PIO Rosemerry Blankswade, San Mateo County District Attorney Office and San Mateo County Counsel have all misled the Mayor and the Public as to what really happened at 845 Main Street in HMB that night.

San Mateo County could use more elected officials like Mayor Lovely Warren.

Mayor Eison should have already followed the lead of ROCHESTER, N.Y Mayor Lovely Warren.

ROCHESTER, N.Y Mayor Lovely Warren suspended 7 police officers in the Daniel Reil Prude Homicide, who said she was misled for months about the circumstances of the fatal encounter.. and she was taking the action against the advice of attorneys.

September 15, 2020 the City of Half Moon Bay is having its meeting and San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe will be talking about his 12 page letter to Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos where he found no crime had occurred so no charges against the two Sheriff Deputies involved.

So basically City Manager Bob Nesbit and Deputy Manager Matthew Chidester decided to meet with Steve Wagstaffe to discuss my 2 emails to Bob Nesbit recommending he contact the Attorney General or the D.O.J. to have them conduct an investigation into the Homicide by SMC Sheriff Employees of Sandra L. Harmon.

The meeting will be on Zoom and the Public is invited to ask District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe questions.

Law Enforcement said there was a Shoot Out and Sandra L. Harmon fired first. She had a Shotgun, GSR test did not confirm she fired the Shotgun. Nobody saw her fire the shotgun. Shotgun was found with two spent shells nobody smelled the shotgun. I have asked Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and PIO Rosemerry Blankswade how many Shotgun Pellets were recovered from the scene they have refused to answer my question.

Can you tell me the total number of Shotgun Pellets that were recovered on May 5, 2020 845 Main Street, Half Moon Bay.
