San Mateo County’s own Boogaloo Boy Robert Alvin Justus Jr. from Millbrae is all the evidence you need, May 29, 2020 he joined Steven Carrillo a U.S. Air Force Sergeant in good standing for the sole purpose of KILLING POLICE OFFICERS in Oakland while a BLM protest for the murder of George Floyd was taking place. They thought that would be a good distraction, it was for awhile. They successfully ambushed and murdered Federal Protective Service Officer Patrick Underwood that night. They met the day before on Facebook a San Mateo County Company.
