What attracted him to Okobi? Ask yourself why was the Dash Cam Video on before the U-Turn? How does the AXON Product get turned on? The Light Bar on the roof of the patrol car gets turned on that activates the DC Video. Chinedu V. Okobi was left to die on El Camino Real for about 9 minutes while his body was sat up, hands were handcuffed behind his back, head slumped forward cutting off any chance of him ever breathing again. During this time not one of the six San Mateo County Sheriff Employees ever checked his pulse or provided Life Saving measures.
