Redwood City Police 3 Confessions thrown out on Miranda Rights grounds.

By Michael G. Stogner

The question that needs to be asked is, What the Hell happened at the Redwood City Police Department?

San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Robert D. Foiles informed both the Prosecution and the Defense yesterday the all three Confessions would be suppressed on Miranda and would Not be Allowed in the Jury Trial.

Daniel Contreras was arrested in August 2015 for sexually molesting and brutal beating death of a 17 month old girl.

Daniel Contreras will be sentenced on April 23, 2021, 33 years to life. I am personally opposed to the death penalty but I must admit after attending a hearing on this case I felt this man deserves the death penalty.

That’s 5 1/2 years that San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe and Redwood City Police Chief Mulholland and his officers knew or should have known the THREE Confessions would be thrown out

Who is responsible for the behavior of Law Enforcement in San Mateo County? I say You the Residents are, I suggest you audit their behavior, Remember RWCPD still has two sets of Daily Log books on who gets arrested the City Council and Attorney are fine with that.
