Roger Allen a Black man was killed by somebody on the Daly City Police Department on April 7, 2021. He was sitting in the passenger seat of a disabled truck in a residential neighborhood.
The reason I say he was killed be somebody is that is all we know today 48 days after the Homicide by Law Enforcement. Who is responsible for this information Blackout? I say ALL San Mateo County Elected Officials and Staff. They are all fine being silent for the last 48 days.
Of course the one person who is responsible is Shawnna Maltbie the City Manager of Daly City.
