Here is just one simple example of Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos issuing a False Statement to the Public.
“His identification was unknown until January 2021.” That is a flat out lie. In 2014 he was served by the San Mateo County Sheriff Office at the exact address he was arrested. He was served a Restraining Order from one of his Brave victims.
Why would Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lie about this. The idea that the SMCSO is investigating the rape of multiple children as young as 13 years old for NINE years is NUTS.
He’s talking about El Granada resident Kaylan Charles Freeman.
Since May 2012, Sheriff’s Office detectives have been investigating a case involving a suspect who sexually assaulted multiple underaged girls. His identification was unknown until January 2021 when detectives received a break in the case from a witness who identified the suspect as 30-year-old Kaylan Freeman from the San Mateo County Coast. Freeman is responsible for multiple acts of forcible rape and various sexual assaults against the victims who were minors at that time.
Summary:
On January 28, 2021, Kaylan Freeman was arrested by detectives in his residence in unincorporated San Mateo County coast side.
