Daly City Police Detective Cameron Newton.

It only took 135 days for the shooter and killer of Roger Allen R.I.P. to be identified. His name is Cameron Newton.

It should be no surprise to anyone in San Mateo County that District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe has determined there will be no criminal charges filed because he was really scared.
