Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is a candidate for Re-Election on June 7, 2022 just 7 months away. There are two other candidates expected on the ballot by March 2022.

San Mateo County News.com is asking Candidate for Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Why did his Press/News Release issued to the Public just hours after the Homicide of Chinedu V. Okobi, NOT MENTION or IDENTIFY, San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office personnel CSO Joseph Gonzales?

CSO Joseph Gonzales was Involved in the take down, his person and uniform had blood on it, In the Government’s Video which was finally released 5 months after the Homicide he is clearly seen involved and spraying O.C. spray.

Chinedu V. Okobi was San Mateo County’s George Floyd.

Chinedu V. Okobi was in the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office 6 Employees’ Custody when he died. He was NEVER in their care.

Not one of the Six Employees provided any life support efforts for more than 9 minutes after he died.

I’ve been reporting on Corruption and Organized Crime in San Mateo County for 20 years, for the last 7 years I have said the Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez Criminal Case number NF433910A is the most exciting case I have ever seen. It started with corruption and here we are 7 years later more corruption. Now we have a Judge, a Court Clerk, and a Court Reporter conspiring to commit Perjury, and then DID commit Perjury.

You might ask, Who is responsible to make sure that San Mateo County Courts, are honest and function with a level playing field for all parties? I can tell you who knows about this and has NO INTEREST in Eliminating the Corruption, The Supervisors, County Manager, County Counsel, Elected Officials, and almost every single Candidate for the 2022 election.

Think about how many people in San Mateo County Government have known about Attorney Tony Serra’s Declaration signed September 1, 2021. Think about how many of San Mateo County’s Newspapers have written an article about a San Mateo County Judge committing Perjury, to cause harm to a former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy.

Wake up San Mateo County Residents, this is on you. Watch to see if any of the three are criminally charged with perjury.

I’ve said it for 20 years now, and so have many other San Mateo County Residents. The Courts and I mean all of them should be CLOSED until the Government can assure the public of getting a Fair Trial. That does not exist today in San Mateo County.

The Honorable Judge Joseph Scott should have simply recused himself after he was overheard on the phone service that allows spectators to listen in to the proceedings was left on. I personally can confirm the phone service was left on after the proceedings.

Hon. Judge Joseph Scott to his Clerk, “Well, he got lucky and got away with the first one, but we will see about this one.”

Any reasonable person would know that is a Bad thing for the Judge hearing your case to say, It would be bad enough if he even thought that. but to say it out loud to other people in the Court room while the phone line was still live.

Had Judge Joseph Scott just recused himself when he got caught, nobody would have been the wiser. Judge Scott instead hired Attorney Sarah Overton CSB#163810 at Cummings, McClorey, Davis, Acho & Associates, 3801 University Avenue, suite 560, Riverside California.

4) I strenuously deny the claims made by defendant/defendant’s counsel Maria Belyi. I did not make any of the statements alleged by defendant/defendant’s counsel in the statement of disqualification. I was not in the Courtroom when those statements were purportedly made. As previously stated after the July 27, 2021 hearing ended, I immediately left the courtroom. I have never made the statements attributed to me in the statement of disqualification. I would never make such statements. Further after receiving the statement of disqualification, I inquired of the courtroom staff whether any of the alleged statements had been made after the July 27, 2021 hearing in the case. Courtroom staff making those statements.

I think until this gets settled they should be on Administrative leave.

When I say Corruption in San Mateo County, I mean at ALL levels of Government, City Managers, Police Departments, Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, San Mateo County Counsel’s Office Supervisors, Judges, Court Clerks, and even Court Reporters.

If anyone questions that statement, I offer the People of the State of California vs. Juan Pablo Lopez Criminal Case NF433910A as my example. Juan P. Lopez was a 27 year employee of the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.

Today is a Motion to dismiss his case.

I know how much Honesty, Transparency and the Oath of Office mean to the three of you. It’s been almost a full month since the two off duty San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies have been placed on administrative from that incident, a fight with a civilian.

I’ve searched the Sheriff’s Press releases all month and Nothing has been acknowledged. Once again that doesn’t give the 760,000 residents confidence that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is being honest, and it sure looks like you two SUPERVISORS are in full agreement with this behavior.

Nobody is above the Law except “THOSE WHO MATTER.”

City of Half Moon Bay is rising to the Top.

I’m used to people not taking my advice, I’m not an attorney, and as a Private Victim’s Advocate in SMC for the last 20 years I felt the Taxpayers/Residents of Half Moon Bay would be better served if the City Council sued San Mateo County Government in the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide of May 5, 2020, I suggested it would look better to a Jury if they had done everything possible to get to the truth about the killing of Ms. Harmon. The Axon Log Records will provide the needed evidence. The HMB Council and their Two City Managers choose not too.

Bonlanos and the 5 County Supervisors would not want that information available to the PUBLIC.

Gonzales, served Kaylan Freeman in a timely manner at the same address in El Granada, with a Restraining Order and Court Date of April 17, 2014 for the exact same crimes. The San Mateo County Superior Court Judge that dismissed the April 17, 2014 Hearing was Hon. Judge Joseph Scott. He never bothered to see if the Sheriff’s Office successfully served Kaylan Freeman. Sgt. Gonzales signed the proof of service on April 18, 2014 WHY?

His identification was unknown until January 2021 when detectives received a break in the case from a witness who identified the suspect as 30-year-old Kaylan Freeman from the San Mateo County Coast.

suspect who sexually assaulted multiple underaged girls. His identification was unknown until
January 2021 when detectives received a break in the case from a witness who identified the
suspect as 30-year-old Kaylan Freeman from the San Mateo County Coast. Freeman is
responsible for multiple acts of forcible rape and various sexual assaults against the victims
who were minors at that time.

Supervisors to Supervise. What a concept.

San Mateo County Residents and Voters, this is really a simple fix. Replace the Current 5 Supervisors, with people who will SUPERVISE. Currently NONE of the 7 people who have stated they are running for the 2 Supervisor seats being vacated by Carole Groom and Don Horsley in this next election on June 7, 2022 have shown any interest in that subject.

That should be a Non Starter for most residents.

Existing law requires a board of supervisors to supervise the official conduct of all county officers and ensure that they faithfully perform their duties.

There is still plenty of time for the right candidates to Change the Course of San Mateo Government. The Filing Window is February 14, 2022 to March 11, 2022.

Remember it’s been almost 15 years since Candidate for Sheriff 2022, Now Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was Caught and Detained INSIDE a single family residence, where Human Trafficked Female Sex Slaves including a Minor were forced to have sex. Also $25,000 Cash and 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets were recovered. Sheriff Greg Munks said that he and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos did not intend to PAY FOR SEX. That has got to make SMC Residents feel much better.

Did anybody ever ask, Where did the 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets come from?

Since that night, to my knowledge, NO San Mateo County Supervisor has ever asked a few simple questions of now Candidate Carlos G. Bolanos. Note: The questions should be asked after he is sworn in.

Why did you get out of the Limo when you arrived at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, April 21, 2007?

Why did you go INSIDE the single family residence that night?

What did Sheriff Greg Munks mean when he said you didn’t intend to PAY FOR SEX?

Did Sheriff Greg Munks mean the two of you were INSIDE the residence for a different purpose? If yes, What was the purpose for the two of you being INSIDE at the same time?

Was Jefferey C. Kearnan and Tom Galloway standing outside the residence, while you and your boss were INSIDE? If Yes, Why have you never acknowledge that before?

The real question is for the Voters of San Mateo County, Find the right people to be Supervisors and the problem is Fixed. Until than everything remains the same.
