Yesterday I wrote an article about San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos that was sourced to Investigative Reporter Ali Winston awinston@twitter. I received a message from a reader that the article was not available, I checked my website and sure enough, not only was it not available there was no record of it from yesterday and how many people have read it. It simply vanished. So here it is again.
