What does that even mean? David Canepa has taken an Oath himself, He knows his statement is not TRUTHFUL. He knows Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is Dishonest. Now what happens?
“I’ve known the sheriff to be truthful and I’m going to be taking him at his word,” Canepa said. “The sheriff told me he had nothing to do with it and for me that was good enough.”
Carlos G. Bolanos has also said he was never INSIDE 3474 Eldon Street. Las Vegas, Nevada on April 21, 2007 but according to LVMPD Spokesperson Bill Cassell, That was a LIE.

Why would the President of the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County get involved with anything that had to do with Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos. For the last 20 years that I am aware of San Mateo County Counsel has advised the Supervisors they have NO AUTHORITY over the Sheriff, He/She is elected by the Voters.
Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos wasn’t truthful when he issued these two FALSE Press Releases about Chinedu V. Okobi Homicide by Six San Mateo County Employees. David Canepa has full knowledge of these documents.
San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos wasn’t truthful about the Sandra Lee Homicide by San Mateo County Employees in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020, and he has refused to release to the Public the AXON LOG RECORDS. David Canepa has full knowledge of these documents.
The real question is for the Residents of San Mateo County, What are you going to do about it?
