What exactly do you think your job is as President of San Mateo County Board of Supervisors? Daly City and South San Francisco Voters, Is this behavior what You Voted for?
Here is his response to Fixin’ San Mateo County, which was started by Nancy Goodban with its goal of getting a Civilian Oversight Committee of the Sheriff’s Office on the 2024 Ballot. She and her team would not need to do this effort if the Board of Supervisors had just THREE Good Humans on it.

David Canepa, president of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, suggests the board’s working relationship with the Sheriff’s Office doesn’t find the need to establish a civilian oversight board.
“[In] my five years on the Board of Supervisors, I have found the sheriff and all of the countywide elected officials in the county to be accountable to the public and the board. If we have questions, they answer them. If we have concerns, they address them,” said Canepa. Does anybody have a clue what that means? I don’t.
It’s that last to statements that bring me back to my question, which is What exactly do you think your job is as President of San Mateo County Board of Supervisors?

Were they standing outside the property while you and Munks were inside and if so what was there assignment?
Did you and Sheriff Greg Munks bring 3,500 Ecstasy tablets to this house in exchange for the $25,000 that was found inside?
David Canepa, did you have any questions or concerns when Munks and Bolanos got rid of the Sheriff Sex Crimes Unit a few months later?
David Canepa, did you have any questions or concerns when the Brave and Proud Female Sheriff Deputy reported the Pornography and Violent Rape Video being share with 45 male Sheriff Employees on San Mateo County Computers in 2009 just 2 years after both were caught and detained INSIDE 3474 Eldon Street.
David Canepa, did you have any questions or concerns that some of those Pornography photos were of Children?

One last thing, David Canepa I did not see you at the October 3, 2021 Chinedu V. Okobi Rememberance event at 400 County Center. You must have had more Important things to do.
