SFPD Sergeant Davin Lyle Cole in Court Today. To listen call 503-300-6847 code 438807 Time 9 AM, 21SF012848A

SFPD Sergeant Davin Cole on Administrative Leave

Update: The Judge asked Davin Lyle Cole’s Attorney, “Why is your client NOT HERE.” His attorney represented to the court that he is in Rehab and the somebody at Rehab said it would be a bad idea for him leave and show up at a San Mateo County Superior Court today. So Judge said OK and allowed him to appear on ZOOM.

Next Court date is February 7, 2022 @ 2:00 PM

Lets see how this case goes, Robbery, with a Gun, Resisting Arrest.

Here is a really good PR piece on his arrest, “Everybody is Shocked” “It was a Secret,” “Nobody Knew,” and he is now in Rehab.

The title is the give away: SFPD sergeant arrested for robbing Rite Aid in treatment for prescription pill addiction.

ABC Story on Arrest

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos

I was not able to find the Booking Photo from San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, under the Leadership of Carlos G. Bolanos, that is another Red Flag, that this is a “Those Who Matter” case.

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Please release the Booking Photo of SFPD Sergeant Davin Cole, and can you tell the public why you didn’t in the first place?

I checked the SMCSO Press Releases for SFPD Sergeant Davin Cole Arrest and found Nothing, Zero, Zip,

Here is what I did find for November 5, 2021

A fair and level playing field would make all Booking Photos available to the Public, The Five Supervisors of San Mateo County Support Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos’ method of picking and choosing which Booking Photo and Arrest to make Public. That is a very Bad Idea.

This looks a little more serious then the Media has reported.

It started with two letters, “UN”

By Michael G. Stogner

Michael G. Stogner Private Victim’s Advocate

For the last 20 years I have been a Private Victim’s Advocate in San Mateo County, California, with the simple goal of Eliminating Corruption in the Courts. Over the years I have learned it is not just the Courts but the entire Government Structure.

The Five Supervisors of San Mateo County are the problem in my opinion. They refuse to Supervise, It’s that simple.

Back to those two letters “UN” It came to my attention that a very popular San Carlos Attorney prepared an Order after Hearing of a Family Law Matter which happens all the time. One of the two parties prepares this document which reflects what occurred in court and it becomes the Order after the Judge signs it. Normally it is provided to the other party before it is filed with the Court to verify this is an accurate description of what was Ordered by the Judge. That did not happen in this case, and the very popular Attorney omitted those two letters “UN” from the order.

This seems like no big deal right? A reasonable person would think this would be an easy fix once the Attorney and the Judge are notified that “UN” was removed from the Order. The Court Transcripts verified the order was for Unsupervised Visits. That is not the case in San Mateo County.

The order that was supposed to be for UNSUPERVISED Visits, became an order for SUPERVISED VISITS.

That is a BIG difference, and it was done deliberately.

That is why I do what I do today.

Has anything changed in the San Mateo County Courts in the last 20 years? No not really.

It’s pretty exciting when a Superior Court Judge, the Court Clerk and the Court Reporter, conspire to commit a crime and then file a False Instrument with the court. None of the Seven Print advertising Businesses have thought this information might be valuable to the 760,000 San Mateo County Residents.

DSA President D.J. Wozniak Porn and Violent Rape Video, no big deal.

By Michael G. Stogner

David “D.J.” Wozniak
Currently President of the Deputy Sheriff’s Association. Had previously been investigated for rape by either the Menlo Park or San Carlos Police Department in an incident in which he had used an unmarked sheriff’s car to drive a drunken couple to his apartment from a bar and then have sex with both. Sheriff Munks assigned Wozniak to the Office of Emergency Services, a coveted plain clothes assignment where he again has a county vehicle at his disposal. Wozniak has been receiving pornography and pornography links by way of e-mail on the County e-mail system. Page 9 of report below.

Note: I remember when this information first started to surface, the British Bankers Club at the corner of El Camino Real and Santa Cruz Ave, Menlo Park. What are the odds of him finding a couple that were too impaired to drive, was it more than alcohol?

Than to have both the male and female accuse him of Rape.

The Five San Mateo County Supervisors, were fine with this behavior. It’s not to late to Investigate.

Did anybody from San Mateo County Government make sure none of those photos were Child Porn. San Mateo County Probation Chief spent time in prison for Child Porn.

Notice former DSA President Heinz Puschendorf and retired SMCSO Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez were not on the e-mail list.

This is one of the main reasons I have not supported Children being involved with the Sheriff Activities League (SAL).

SMCDA Psychic Inspector Jordan Boyd Produces Court Phone Records for Judge Joseph Scott’s Courtroom.

By Michael G. Stogner

Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez (retired)

Seven years and San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez (retired) has not been convicted of one single crime. Think about that.

The reason I call him a Psychic Inspector is the 7 year Political Prosecution Criminal Case against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez. I’ve reported that Inspector Boyd was waiting in his office for Deputy Lopez to be escorted to him to be interviewed, he asked Sheriff Deputy Lopez for his California Drivers License, Deputy Lopez took it out of his wallet and handed to D.A. Inspector Jordan Boyd. Boyd simply looked at it and informed Deputy Lopez that it was Suspended by a court in Los Angeles.

DMV Computers Hacked SMCN.com Article

How would he know that? What business is it of the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office to handle DMV issues.

Why is the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office and the Lead Investigator in the SEVEN Year Political Prosecution case of Juan Pablo Lopez getting the phone records for the Courtroom for July 27, 2021. More importantly How, what legal method was used, Did Jordon Boyd get a Subpoena, did he file a declaration under the penalty of perjury with a Judge for those records?

Remember on August 10, 2021 Sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez (retired) thru his Attorney Tony Serra, Respectfully requested Hon. Judge Joseph Scott to Recuse himself from this case number NF433910A, The reason was simple, the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott was heard on the public access phone line to the Court saying” “Well, he got lucky and got away with the first one, but we will see about this one.”This statement was made to his Court Clerk Katrina Bihl after the Court Hearing had ended and Sheriff Deputy Lopez (retired) and his attorney had left the Court Room.

Tony Serra “Judge Joseph Scott Perjured Himself”

Judge Joseph Scott hires an Attorney

San Mateo County Superior Court Clerk Katrina Bihl filed a false instrument with the court under the penalty of Perjury that she had muted the phone line right after the hearing was complete, as she always does, and denied Judge Scott’s statement “Well, he got lucky and got away with the first one, but we will see about this one.” was ever spoken in the courtroom. San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office Psychic Inspector Jordon Boyd who is also a Cell Phone Expert got the phone records to prove that the statement made by Judge Scott “Well, he got lucky and got away with the first one, but we will see about this one.” could never have been heard because the phone line would have been hung up as soon as the court hearing was completed. That is not what the phone records show, They show the top line is the Host which is Katrina Bihl opens the phone line at 9:14:03 AM and Disconnects the line at 10:43:64. The Hearing was at 9:30 AM for about 5 minutes.

Inspector Jordon Boyd knows the phone number for San Mateo County News.com is 831-210-8994. You can see I was on the public access call on line 5 & 7.

Inspector Jordan Boyd and Prosecutor Kimberly Perrotti never called me to find out what I heard Court Clerk Katrina Bihl say to the Bailiff about Simone Biles an Olympic Champion. A reasonable person would think the lead Investigator would like to speak to everyone who was on that call, after 9:35 AM not the case here.

San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez (retired) next court date was set for November 15, 2021 has been continued to December 13, 2021 at 9:30 AM

Remember he was Charged with smuggling a cellphone and drugs to a Hells Angel Inmate at Maguire Jail. What ever happened to those charges?

David Silberman, “No Current Factual Dispute based on Evidence.”

By Michael G. Stogner

Attorney David Silberman

Is David Silberman Nuts, No, simply dishonest and his job is to protect the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office. Of course there is a DISPUTE, there is NO EVIDENCE provided to prove when Deputy Dominguez turned his Body Worn Camera on and off.

That’s why the AXON LOG RECORDS have not been made public, they will provide the Factual Evidence.

This is just one of the many examples of why I say San Mateo County Counsel Attorney David Silberman should be Fired.

“I think I should begin by noting that there is no current factual dispute based on evidence about when Deputy Dominguez turned his camera on and off.” This can be found on Page 11

Half Moon Bay Resident David Eblovi was forced to sue San Mateo County this week because his elected Officials and 2 City Managers didn’t chose too, That is a story all by itself, more on that later.

David Eblovi vs. San Mateo County lawsuit.

Sandra Lee Harman R.I.P. was killed on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay, California, she was shot at 14 times with hollow point bullets, 8 of the bullets struck her body, 3 fatal shots to her BACK, she was shot at while unarmed, with her hands above her head, Three shell casings were moved and relocated at the crime scene.

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos informed San Mateo County that SMCSO Deputy David Dominguez’s Body Worn Camera was turned off at the time he fired 11 shots killing Sandra Lee Harman.

Has Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos ever lied to the public before, Yes of course he has, Everybody and their mother knows that.

Very few Citizens have taken the time to Investigate and ask What is the TRUTH about the Homicide by Sheriff Employees of Sandra Lee Harman.

I can tell you David Eblovi is one of the few who did.

San Mateo County Residents should say Thank You, David Eblovi.

San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office No longer responding to ICE Inmate Transfer Requests.

By Michael G. Stogner

Good job to all the Advocates who worked on this effort.

San Mateo County Sheriff No Longer Responding to ICE Inmate Transfer Requests

Redwood City — San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos Bolanos announced today that, effective immediately, his office will no longer respond to any requests from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for notification of an inmate’s release or transfer any inmate to its custody.

Bolanos said this decision helps fulfill his office’s mission to protect the safety of all San Mateo County residents, and it relies on county residents’ trust and willingness to cooperate with law enforcement, report crimes and testify in court.

On Wednesday, Nov. 3, Bolanos and the Board of Supervisors heard from residents at the annual TRUTH Act Forum, a special meeting required when local law enforcement has given ICE access.

“It has become apparent to me that complying with those requests regarding the pending release of undocumented individuals who have committed serious crimes is undermining the trust we need to protect the community. It simply is not worth losing the trust of many members of the public by continuing to process these requests from ICE. Our policy is now consistent with other Bay Area counties. This change is being made after we heard from hundreds of residents who shared their perspective on how we will all be safer when the entire community understands the Sheriff’s Office is here to protect the public, not enforce immigration laws,” Bolanos said.

Last year, the Sheriff’s Office coordinated 15 transfers to ICE from the county jail. Most individuals convicted of serious felonies serve their sentences in state prison, not county jail. If ICE believes an individual poses a serious threat, it can always obtain a judicial warrant, which all law enforcement agencies in the Bay Area must honor.

“This is a momentous and compassionate decision by our sheriff to end cooperation with ICE. He listened to the community and values all our residents regardless of immigration status. This is a policy change that will keep families whole and I applaud Sheriff Bolanos for taking this action,” said Board President David J. Canepa.

Supervisors Don Horsley and Carole Groom expressed similar sentiments.

“This decision is consistent with the sheriff’s personal values and deep-rooted commitment to serve and protect all San Mateo County residents, regardless of immigration status. These values are reflected in his office’s long-standing history of support and engagement with immigrant communities,” Horsley said.

“We thank the Sheriff for working collaboratively with the Board of Supervisors and his quick implementation of this important change, which we support and believe is in the best interest of the county as a whole,” Groom said.  We thank the sheriff for listening to the public and taking their comments very seriously and adopting a new policy.”

Bolanos reiterated that he remains committed to public safety.

“I will continually evaluate any effects caused by this change in policy and, if necessary, consider adjustments,” Bolanos said.

Horsley and Groom will continue supporting and working with the sheriff if future policy adjustments become necessary.

HMB Resident doing what City Manager Bob Nesbit and Matthew Chidester Refused to do. Sue the County.

By Michael G. Stogner

I recommended the Half Moon Bay City Council, City Managers and the City Attorney sue Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and his attorney San Mateo County Counsel Attorney David Silberman, for their refusal to provide the AXON LOG RECORDS to the Public. They are the only two people standing in the way of releasing the AXON LOG RECORDS which are bought and paid for by the Taxpayers of San Mateo County. They also contain the data that would confirm the Government’s Story that San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Dominguez’s Body Worn Camera was in fact turned off when he fired 11 shots at Sandra Lee Harmon on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay. HMB chose not to file the lawsuit.

What do you do when the Government refuses to do their job?

The residents of San Mateo County are responsible for the behavior of their Government, Elected Officials and Appointed Staff.

San Mateo County Residents should be Thanking, David C. Eblovi of Half Moon Bay for doing what the City Government should have done.

The Lawsuit by the Resident.

Who wanted Barbara Bonilla out of the picture?

By Michael G. Stogner

I’ve always questioned why she resigned from the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office in May of 2020. At that time there was simply a corrupt Investigation by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and the A.G. Office which should have been conducting it’s own Investigation.

San Mateo County News.com was the first News and Information service to report that Barbara Bonilla was on Administrative Leave as Executive Director of the Sheriff Activities League (SAL).

SMCN.com Article February 28, 2020

Barbara Bonilla was charged by the State of California Attorney Generals Office with seven Felony counts. Why?

Let me remind the readers that “Just because somebody says something is true doesn’t mean that it is.” the same goes for Criminal Charges, Just because somebody is Criminally Charged doesn’t mean they are guilty. Look no further than Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez case NF433910A. His Criminal case has been going on for seven years, He hasn’t been convicted off one single crime.

In the Bonilla case she choose not to have a preliminary hearing, which means no evidence/witnesses like SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus, xSMCSO Jeffrey C. Kearnan, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, or Gigi Harrington testified. Therefore the public has no idea why the charges were brought in the first place.

On September 15, 2021 the State of California Attorney Generals Office offered Barbara Bonilla a plea deal where they would dismiss six of the Seven Felony Charges, No Jail Time, Probation, if she plead no contest to one Felony and paid $13,706.00 to the Sheriff Activities League, and completed 170 hours of public service.

Yesterday November 8, 2021, 54 days later the Honorable Judge Susan Greenberg granted a motion for Modification of Sentencing. The single Felony conviction has been reduced to a Misdemeanor, which can be expunged from the records in the near future.

Recap: Seven Felony Counts to One Misdemeanor in less than 1 year, that is pretty fast to disappear a case.

The People vs. Zain Jaffer case was done in less time.

How much money did San Mateo County Taxpayers invest in the Investigation, and State of California Taxpayers, for $13,706.00

That amount could have been prepaid debit cards from Target in San Mateo County Sheriff Patrol Vehicles or desk drawers.

Who benefited the most by getting Barbara Bonilla out of the Picture?
