Update: The Victims have been identified as 63-year-old Rolando Ortigas Glorioso and 62-year-old Susana Glorioso, both of Millbrae.

Two days before Christmas two people lost their lives while driving on a road in Millbrae, just before 6:00 AM the location was the Underpass for the CalTrain tracks at Bayside Manor Park Residential Area. The water level was estimated to be 10 feet deep.

This is a reminder Life is Fragile.
