San Mateo County Elected Officials Refuse to Stop the $10 M PPE from leaving SMC Event Center.

By Michael G. Stogner

First step is to STOP the PPE from leaving, you have 5 days to accomplish that.

Under California law, “thieves cannot pass good title to anyone, including a good faith purchaser,”

SMC Event Center DANA STOEHR: “It’s, it was fully taken care of exactly the way it should have been.”

On Thursday January 13, 2022 San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy told ABC 7 Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes: Callagy told us he didn’t know about all that PPE that’s been deteriorating outside for months until I called. He immediately ordered county workers to bring the supplies back inside, to run an inventory and see how much of it is salvageable.

A source tells the I-Team a convoy of garbage trucks filled up with brand new PPE and took it to the dump, in the past two months.

On Thursday January 13, 2022 Dan Noyes quoted James Brown of the Wine Country Marines who said.”And so every single piece is being inspected and right now, we’re running over 90% that we’re finding is still in good, perfect condition,”

Who is James Brown and how and when did he get access to the PPE?

On Thursday January 13, 2022 we know that the $10,000,000.00 of FEMA PPE is worth $9,000,000.00 according to James Brown.

Did James Brown order the Convoy? A source tells the I-Team a convoy of garbage trucks filled up with brand new PPE and took it to the dump, in the past two months. What date did this convoy of garbage trucks allegedly happen. Where was the final destination? You would think a garbage truck would go to the DUMP, This is very easy to confirm if that actually happened.

Who ordered it? What time did the Convoy arrive at SMC Event Center? What time did the Convoy leave? How many trucks made up the Convoy? Who prepared the PPE for pickup? What time was it picked up? and Where did the Convoy take it? What time were the trucks available for the next service call?

If you go to Wine County Marines Facebook page you will see the January 13, 2022 6:00 P.M. announcement of the generous donation by San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management of the FEMA PPE. That’s James Brown’s website. The veterans’ advocacy group will be giving it all away to qualified groups on January 25 by appointment only.

James Brown mentions Money Laundering is his statement: “We don’t want anybody to take this and put it on eBay because that’s in essence money laundering, you’re taking federal taxpayer dollar purchased productions and you’re turning it into cash for you,” Brown said, continuing, “We’re not going to allow that.”

James Brown is also the CEO of West Coast Security Inc. of San Carlos, San Mateo County

Why give James Brown $9,000,000.00?

I asked Michelle Durand San Mateo County Chief Communications Officer County Manager’s Office for the Donation Document of the PPE to Wine Country Marines, here it is: No Response yet.

Hello Michelle,

I hope things are going well for you.

Could you please send me a copy of the Donation agreement to Wine County Marines, James Brown mentioned on his Facebook page January 13, 2022 6:00 PM

The Wine Country Marines are excited to announce a partnership with the San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management. Specifically, the County DEM has graciously donated to the Wine Country Marines a very large supply of excess inventory of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that they were provided by FEMA, to be shared with the community at large.

Thank You, Stay Safe

  • Michael Stogner <michaelgstogner@yahoo.com>To: Don Horsley Tue, Jan 18 at 8:18 AM
  • Good morning Don,
Congratulations on being named the President of the Board of Supervisors this year.
I’m asking you to step in as the President of the BOS and halt any PPE from leaving the Event Center at this time.

  • It’s the right thing to do.

  • Thank You for considering my request.
  • As you might know I’ve made the same request to the A.G. Rob Bonta.
Here is my article just published.
San Mateo County Supervisor David Canepa calls it a Mistake. What if it was deliberate?
SMC Manager Mike Callagy

Something to think about San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy works at the pleasure of the 5 Supervisors. He should have resigned by now on his own. All Five of the Supervisors support him.

Welcome to San Mateo County
