San Mateo County News.com asked Mike Callagy for the name of the Investigator he hired. $10M PPE

What is the name of the Investigator you hired? 
What date did you hire him/her?

What is the scope of the Investigation?

SMC Supervisor David Canepa
San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy
SMC President of BOS Don Hoesley

The reason I asked this question is that Former President of the Board of Supervisors and current Candidate for Congress David Canepa refused to ask it at the January 25, 2022 BOS meeting Agenda Item 12. Now to be fair to David Canepa Not one of the Supervisors asked that question.

As of this moment 29 hours later Mike Callagy has not responded.
