My mother said many times, “If you don’t know where something is, it could be anywhere.” The same is true if you don’t know who the person is. It’s been 25 days and San Mateo County residents don’t know who ordered the PPE outside. Who ordered the CONVOY of Garbage Trucks? Who gave James Brown of Wine Country Marines the PPE on or before January 13, 2022. So I thought I would ask Travis Kusman.

As I’m sure you are aware, San Mateo County Government has failed to identify the person who ordered the PPE to be moved outside the Event Center. It’s been 25 days.
It was also reported that a Convoy of Garbage Trucks picked up PPE in the last two months.
I have 2 questions for you:
Are you the person who ordered the PPE moved outside?
Are you the person who ordered the Garbage Trucks?

I am so disgusted at the failings of San Mateo County recently. The SMC Community College District Embezzlement; the $14.5 million dollar settlement with the Federal Government because of the Medicare Fraud uncovered at the County Hospital for improper billing. Then there is the PPE ($10 million estimated) left out in the rain! Who and Why? Was the scheme all along to be able to sell it off as damaged goods? Why not just donate it to local homeless shelters or clinics or veven some for profit hospitals like Kaiser. It is a disgrace how sloppily they oversee things, and usually with no repercussions for the responsible party.
