Remember when ABC 7 News Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes first reported on January 13, 2022 at 6:12PM.

At the 5:04-5:20 mark Dan Noyes reports a source confirmed the cost of all the PPE is more than $10,000,000.00. He also reports from the same source who said that a CONVOY of garbage trucks picked up a bunch of Brand-New PPE and took it to the dumps in the last 2 months.
That is when I had to ask, How many trucks make up a CONVOY? How does anybody know where that CONVOY of Garbage Trucks took the Brand-New PPE in November or December of 2021?
I have Good News to report on that subject. Last night I received a response from Caiti T. Busch of the San Mateo County Counsel Office to my public records request.
“The County has NOT disposed of any of this equipment, but rather has distributed it or continues to store it, so I do not have responsive records with respect to disposal.“
So now the question gets back to the CONVOY of Garbage Trucks full of Brand-New PPE in November or December 2021. Were they simply distributing it?
San Mateo County is at 59 days and the Government has still refused to answer the Simple Question, Who gave James Brown the PPE on or Before January 13, 2022.
Here is the short list of possibilities: Travis Kushman, Dan Belville, Mike Callagy, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Ret. Lt. John Kovach, SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus.
