David Khan is a Daly City Resident or at least was a DC resident this all began. This is a perfect example of what can happen to any resident in San Mateo County when “Those Who Matter” are going to teach you a lesson about how it really works in the County and the Judicial System. The Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez is another example of that.
I’ve written several articles about David Khan and made sure that Daly City Elected Officials and the City manager could check with Daly City Police Department re: his Cash and Gold taken from his house and never returned. They couldn’t care less.
I have personal knowledge of DDA Brian Donnellan work ethics and style.
David Khan deserves a fair trial, the only way that can happen is if the Residents of SMC watch his case.
Last week DDA Donnellan thought it would be funny to have him brought into court from jail to attend in person when Donnellan did not attend in person himself. He asked the court to continue because his Daly City Police Officer is on Military Active Service and is not available. He has been gone for MONTHS and the DA does not know when he is coming back. He knew this would upset Mr. Khan as it would anybody. Sometimes it can take up to 1 hour to transfer an inmate to court.
