Update: April 27, 2022 9:15 AM Mr. Galatolo appeared in court this morning, Defense attorney Chuck Smith requested May 24, 2022 9:00 AM for PLEA. That was granted.

A 2015 investigation into Chancellor Ron Galatolo why did it take so long for criminal charges?

Good News Some people do get Charged with Perjury by Declaration in San Mateo County, others like Hon. Judge Joseph Scott and his Court Clerk don’t even get Investigated. You can see one of Mr. Galatolo’s charges dates back to March 1, 2011, that’s 11 years ago, how was he not charged back then?

This is another great case to watch to see what actually happens in San Mateo County with these charges finally brought by District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe.

    Although I can see quite a few Felony charges, this is nowhere near the number that should be on his case. They didnt dig anywhere near deep enough but thank you to San Mateo County News for following this. I surely hope justice will prevail and justice will be served on this corrupt individual.

    Judge Foiles is a corrupt judge and shouldn’t be in a court room. And the coroner Thomas Foucrault is a negligent and incompetent fool.and should not run for Re election. We need to get him out as san mateo coroner. Judge Foiles, goes by you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours that racist pos. Please look up Mustafa Edais vs san mateo county coroner’s office and Thomas Foucrault.

    Looking forward to updates on this case. Let’s hope he gets the punishment he deserves and doesn’t get let off with some weak plea deal. Make an example of him Wagstaffe!

    What is happening with this matter I wonder? Hopefully not being swept under the carpet!
    These rich guys have a way of paying someone off to drop the case?
