If Hon. Judge Joseph Scotts’ court clerk Katrina Bihl had not name dropped this case on a Open Public Access phone line that was left on instead of being muted as she declared under the penalty of Perjury to the court, I would have not heard about it. I was on that Public Access Phone Line July 27, 2021 for the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez motion to continue that only lasted a few minutes. San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Jordan Boyd got a copy of the phone records for that morning, it shows my phone number on that call 2 different times. Inspector Jordan Boyd never called me to ask what did I hear on that open phone line that morning? He has never bothered to ask me anything when we are both in the same courtroom for the Juan P. Lopez Criminal Case? The last time we were in the same courtroom was last Friday in Courtroom 2G 9:00AM.
San Mateo County has a New Sheriff starting in January 2023. Everybody and their mother knew that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was a LIAR from April 21, 2007. Everybody that endorsed Carlos G. Bolanos knew they were endorsing a LIAR and the residents of San Mateo County were fine with a LIAR being the Sheriff. That’s 15 years that the number 2 and later the number 1 Law Enforcement Official being a known LIAR was just fine.
Now San Mateo County has it’s first woman as Sheriff isn’t that exciting? Also the first Latina as Sheriff isn’t that exciting? Her platform said “I would have publicly released the Axon log records in the Sandra Harmon case if I was Sheriff.”
San Mateo County News.com has been asking Christina Corpus if she will release the Axon Log Records the first day she is San Mateo County Sheriff in January 2023? So far she has not answered that question.
Has Christina Corpus ever watched the Video the Sheriff’s Office made public over 40 days after Sandra Lee Harmon was Executed by a SMCSO Deputy?
The first sentence: The San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office has concluded its investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. Chinedu Okobi, which occurred on October 3, 2018 after a physical struggle with five deputies from the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office on the 1400 block of El Camino Real in Millbrae.
No mention of CSO Joseph Gonzales the 6th SMCSO employee, Why?
I have said for almost 8 years now that the San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez Criminal Case is the Most Exciting Legal Case I have ever seen. It is a Political Prosecution, a Retaliation Prosecution, It involves ALL levels of San Mateo County Government coming together to cause severe harm to a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who made the mistake of Running for Sheriff in 2014.
Notice how none of the Newspapers are covering this case, a case that started with 100% False Charges.
What do you think should happen to the DDA’s who brought False Charges against a Sheriff Deputy?
I think they should be arrested charged, brought to trial, offered NO Plea and let a Jury decided their fate.

Juan Lopez has always said if this can happen to me, it can happen to anybody. He is right.
Time to Audit the case, it started off with a LIE.

What makes this Family Law Case stand out is the Cooperation between the Attorney Steven Montalvo, San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office in causing 3 Criminal Charges for violating a DV Restraining Order. Between Shoshana and her someday ex Husband over 100 phone calls were made to the Moss Beach Sheriff Substation. That Fact right there should have been a Huge RED FLAG to everyone involved that there is a much bigger problem here.

Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez is made of the Right Stuff. I have been reporting on his Political Prosecution for the last 7 years. When a person is arrested and Criminally Charged with crimes, ask yourself, How long do you expect the Judicial Process to last before a Conviction or the entire case is Dismissed, like the Zain Jaffer case was in 8 months? He was arrested for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. Why has this case taken so long? What if the case was brought to teach everybody a lesson, and there was Never any intention to take it to a Jury trial, Simply Destroy a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy who is not a member of the “Those who Matter” Team. Think of the Financial and Emotional costs for the last 7 years.
They made a mistake/miscalculation when they went after San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. He didn’t FOLD.
Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez, has always wanted a Jury Trial. He has never wavered, the Government has done everything possible to keep their people off of the Witness Stand for the last 7 years. The answer is simple, It’s not Illegal for the Involved parties to lie to reporters, or produce false press releases to their favorite misinformation businesses. However it is Illegal to make false statements under Oath.
Now that only matters if you have a District Attorney who will Prosecute a Judge, Clerk, Reporter, for Perjury.
Now the Question needs to be asked by the 760,000 San Mateo County Residents, Have they been Arrested yet, Have they been Criminally Charged yet? Has anything happened to them yet? If not Why Not?
The answer is simple: They are on the “Those Who Matter” Team.
In case you are not aware of the “Those Who Matter” team/gang, the first time I’m aware of any written evidence of it’s existence was April 25, 2007, in these e-mails I received from a CPRA request in 2008.
You will notice the top two San Mateo County District Attorneys Never asked Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Why did you both go INSIDE that single family residence at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada that night? To be fair Not One San Mateo County Elected Official ever asked that simple question.
To the residents of San Mateo County you might remember your District Attorney’s Office Deliberately Filed FALSE charges against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez in 2014. That was close to 8 years ago. They arrested him at gunpoint in front of his son. They held a Press Conference the charges included Smuggling a cell phone and drugs into the Maguire Jail and delivering them to an inmate. Every San Mateo County Employee involved with that investigation knew the Charges were FALSE.
Why was Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez falsely charged? Why is that OK with the 5 Supervisors.
Why is that OK with the 760,000 San Mateo County residents?
Why is that OK with Fixin SMC?
Why is that OK with Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus?
Why is that OK with the 800 Sheriff Employees?
Recently there was an Letter to the Editor titled Judges for Sheriff Bolanos. I laughed when I read that and thought that would be a great name for the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez criminal case.
As many of you know San Mateo County News.com has been reporting on Deputy Lopez’s case from the very beginning. I have attended almost every single hearing for more than 5 years I have lived in Monterey County so you can do the math on how many hours I have spent in Gridlock and court to bring the NEWS about this Very Important Criminal Case which demonstrates the Organized Crime and Corruption at all levels of San Mateo County Government.

I think everyone knows by now that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lost the election this month. I was surprised that he ran at all. For those of you who didn’t know Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has been on the Witness list in the Juan P. Lopez case for almost 8 years, He has been protected by the County Counsel Attorneys all this this. Come January he is Retiring and it will be interesting to see if the Taxpayers continue to provide free legal services to him.
An 11 year old could figure out Who in San Mateo County is Responsible for the PPE Scandal at the San Mateo County Event Center.
It’s San Mateo County Executive Officer Mike Callagy.
Supervisor David Canepa who is also a Candidate for Congress who has been spending a lot of his time and SMC Taxpayer Money on fundraising and standing on corners promoting himself for Congress.

Then, earlier this year, there was the scandal over the $10 million in personal protective equipment, or PPE, that was left outside in the rain at the county Event Center. The coverup was worse than the crime. The county tried to mislead people about the dollar amount of the PPE damaged and failed to identify who was responsible for this fiasco.
The Palo Alto Daily Post knows who is responsible. All of the Candidates for Supervisor knew who is responsible. Only one Candidate for Supervisor told me that Mike Callagy should be fired.
That Candidate for District 2 Supervisor of San Mateo County was Mr. Cameron Rolfe.
The Importance of Releasing the Axon Log Records in the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by San Mateo County Sheriff Employees in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020 is paramount.
The data will prove either a Shootout started by Sandra Lee Harmon occurred or an Execution by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, a conspiracy to fabricate a False Story about the events of that night.
I was not aware until after the election that Candidate Christina Corpus had even made any reference to the Axon Log Records being released if she were Sheriff.
