Congratulations Captain Christina Corpus.
It’s a sad day in the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office. Someone with no experience will now lead the men and woman of the Sheriff’s Office because she told the public what they wanted to hear. She was quick to point out issues in the Sheriff’s Office but for ten years she was in a position to make changes or suggestions and did not. She caused divide and turmoil in the Sheriff’s Office by running against the current Sheriff. We will see how the next four years go.
If you ask me it’s 15 years late. I personally asked then UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos to Resign on May 14, 2007. I always knew this day was coming I just didn’t know it would take so long.
You have no idea how the department is operating. You don’t like the Sheriff because you listen to the “misfits” that no longer work there because of their unlawful activity.
To see if Michael’s assessment is correct, on the following web page, input:
— 44000 coin flips (the number of ballots still to count)
— AT LEAST 28000 heads (which Bolanos needs to pick up 12000 votes)
