In my opinion, the California State Attorney General Bonta needs to turn this case over to the Federal Department of Justice, due to conflict of interest –too friendly to San Mateo County District Attorney Wagstaffe and current San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos. I spoke to Congresswoman Speier’s office today and her spokesperson said Speier is aware of the Batmobile( Mark Racop) story but will not express her opinion in this case.
