August 19, 2022 9:00 AM Courtroom 8B the Hon. Judge Sean P. Dabel heard the Mark Racop Arraignment Hearing.
San Mateo County Chief Deputy District Attorney Sean Gallagher is the Prosecutor for the People.
That is the first time his name has been associated with this San Mateo County Criminal Case.
Remember Dan Noyes ABC 7 I-TEAM Investigative Reporter first broke the Batmobile Story and Interviewed San Mateo County District Attorney Assistant Deputy in charge Marie C. McLaughlin.
Nobody knew who she was, and they still don’t know who she is.
Sean Gallagher is the 2nd in command after District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, he is the person Dan Noyes should have Interviewed or even now should be Interviewed.
Remember this case is more than a year old it only got filed on Election day June 7, 2022. WHY?
