San Mateo County’s “Abuse of Power” continues in the x Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case in court today.

The recent Batmobile case with more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 comments shinned a bright light on the Abuse of Power that has existed and continues to exist today in San Mateo County.

What the recent Batmobile case demonstrated was the Abuse of Power that exists in the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office.

Thanks to Adam Alberti an executive with the Sam Singer Public Relations Firm in San Francisco, a Board of Directors Member of San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League, and Publisher of the RWC Climate Magazine, we have these quotes from SMC Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos regarding his decision to send an elite TEAM of 4 Sheriff Employees to another state to arrest and bring back one Mark Racop a minster who builds Batmobile cars.

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos said:

“At any time during this investigation the DA’s Office could have informed us that we did not have enough evidence to proceed and that would have ended the investigation,”

“Had judges not issued the search or arrest warrants, we would have never served them.

In 2015 I went to the regular San Mateo County Board of Supervisor Meeting to make a Public Comment. I wanted to make my statement in Public so that there would be an official record documented.

Here is that statement regarding the State of California DMV Computers and the USPS computers being hacked in the San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case.

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors were fully aware of this ABUSE of POWER.

My hope is that Adam Alberti would send a REPORTER to cover the 8 year criminal case of San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez, he is a Redwood City resident, his case should be compared to the Batmobile case and the Zain Jaffer case IMHO.

I have not seen any coverage by any San Mateo County Media of this Very Important case.

Where is Dan Noyes when the public needs him?

As all San Mateo County Residents know by now there are NO News Reporters that cover the Court cases in San Mateo County. What the 7 print media publishes is what Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, and District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe tell them to publish, which is not a very good idea IMHO.

For example you might recall the Mark Racop criminal case aka the Batmobile case where ABC 7 I-TEAM Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes first reported thanks to his inside the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office sources the alleged Illegal conduct by several San Mateo County Employees. That NEWS report was the start of more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 COMMENTS in a 10 week period.

Last Monday San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe told Dan Noyes that he has decided to drop all charges. Why?

Why would the District Attorney care if a reporter broke a story about alleged criminal conduct by SMC Law Enforcement including judges?

The BATMOBILE case caused Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos to go on a 30 day VACATION. Remember this was right after he LOST the Election, and Dan Noyes and others wanted to ask him questions about, why he authorized 4 of SMC’s finest to fly to Indiana to arrest and bring back the Minister who builds Batmobile cars?

There was even speculation that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was in Greece with Sam Anagnostou who was a donor to San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League a 501(c) 3. Which San Mateo County News.com was the first to report that Barbara Bonilla the Executive Director and Carlos G. Bolanos’s 2018 campaign manager was on Administrative Leave while an Embezzlement and Money Laundering criminal Investigation was taking place.

Just a note: ABC 7 was not interested in that story.

As luck would have it a person who knows Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos very well bumped into him on July 30, 2022 in Menlo Park. Why would the Government want to exclude that?

Of Course the Attorney General declined to Investigate, That was the Goal of SMC Government.

For anybody that read the August 16, 2022 letter sent by San Mateo County Government to Rob Bonta the Attorney General of California you could see in the first sentence the cause of the letter “RECENT PUBLIC ATTENTION.”

Mark Racop has concerns about getting a Fair Trial in San Mateo County, He should be Very Concerned, Who in their right mind wouldn’t be? I’ve said for about 22 years San Mateo County Courts should be CLOSED until the Supervisors can assure the residents of Fair and Level Playing field in our Courts. They have NEVER been interested in that subject matter.

The City of Belmont just hired a BRADY OFFICER as Captain at Belmont Police Department.

The residents should ask, Who in the H–L, Hired Andrew Armando as a Captain at BPD.

I’m sure whoever hired him knew that and they didn’t care.

San Mateo County News.com has been writing about the San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez Criminal case for 8 years now. I’ve said many times that SMCSO Detective Andrew Armando is one of a group of Law Enforcement Officers who committed acts against Deputy Juan P. Lopez.

Civil Rights Attorney Tony Serra has filed documents with the court in San Mateo County in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case NF-433910 stating that Andrew Armando has committed PERJURY to obtain a Search Warrant.

A simple Google Search by whoever is responsible for the hire would have showed that.

Congratulations Belmont, you now have a Captain on your Police Department who can not TESTIFY in any cases.

The timing of this hire is perfect more the 5,000,000 views and 21,000 comments on the San Mateo County Public Corruption cases thanks to the Batmobile Case Involving SMC Sheriff’s Office. San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office, San Mateo County Counsel’s Office, The 5 San Mateo County Supervisors and some Judges. About a month after San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. As many of my readers know I have said San Mateo County Courts should be CLOSED until the 5 Supervisors of San Mateo County can assure the Public of Fair and Honest Hearings. The Supervisors have REFUSED to do that they have ZERO interest in doing that. The results are predictable.

San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Joseph Scott did not file for re-election. WHY?

Attorney Tony Serra said he Committed Perjury, I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

Attorney Tony Serra said San Mateo County Sheriff Office Detective Andrew Armando Committed Perjury.

If Tony Serra was wrong he would have been criminally charged and lost his License to Practice Law.

The question I have for all of the RESIDENTS of San Mateo County is, WHY are you OK with your Government Officials and the Judicial Branch Committing Felonies against a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy.

If they can do it to a Sheriff Deputy, take a wild guess who else they can do it to, anytime they want.

Why would San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos need to hire a New Attorney at all? He has stated he did nothing wrong and he would do it again for any resident of San Mateo County.

Attorney James Touchstone represents Bolanos and called the investigation a political overreach because there is no evidence the sheriff had done something wrong and did not fall into the San Mateo County Board of Supervisor’s Aug. 30 decision to hire an independent investigator.

“This makes no fiscal or legal sense,” Touchstone said. “The board has no say in how the Sheriff’s Office is run.”

San Mateo County Government has been wasting Taxpayer for the last 22 years that I’m aware of, I’ve never heard James Touchstone ever be concerned about it before.
