I’ve said this was a case to watch, and now that it was DISMISSED after 4 years in San Mateo County Criminal Court. I recommend this case be Audited to see if the Private Defender Program did what is expected of it.

This was a Vandalism charge, and for 4 years the Defendant Andras Plank had been requesting to see the Body Worn Camera Video evidence from the San Mateo Police Department. That BWC video was finally provided on 8/11/2022. Let me just say this, Body Worn Camera Video’s should be made available to the defendant as soon as a person is charged.

How much money did San Mateo County Taxpayers invest in both the Prosecution and the Defense in this case? Remember it was DISMISSED.

Holy Organized Crime and Corruption in San Mateo County Government exposed properly.

This is going to be good, Mark Racop is an honest hard working businessman in Indiana who makes the 1966 Batmobile.

He has a court appearance August 19, 2022 at 9:00AM The “Those Who Matter Gang” has made sure he has to appear in court in PERSON. That is just one of the many tools they have access too, the ability to destroy your finances.

The Gang thinks it’s funny to show up at your business in another State, send all your employees home, put you in handcuffs, transport you to the local Sheriff’s Office then release you and let you know you have been Criminally Charged in San Mateo County, California.

He has had his Bank Account Frozen by the San Mateo County Law Enforcement Gang.

He has had his Google Data searched by the San Mateo County Law Enforcement Gang.

I have recommended this case be DISMISSED ASAP, Just like the ZAIN JAFFER case was. You will remember Mr. Jaffer was arrested by the Hillsborough Police Department at 4:00AM for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son and 6 or 7 other Felony charges. This criminal case against Mark Racop should have NEVER been filed in the first place. How many San Mateo County Elected Officials and Employees were involved? That is the story.

The Hotels in San Mateo County should be comping Mark Racop today if they haven’t tried already, he should plan to stay a couple of days and get to know the San Mateo County Residents, take a tour of the Town of Atherton, where this story begins.

Residents could meet Mark Racop at the airport when his plane arrives, Come to his court appearance at 400 County Center, Redwood City California, possibly a PARADE.

This one case demonstrates what I and many others have been reporting to the proper authorities for more than 22 years. This is a perfect example of Organized Crime in San Mateo County Government.
