The residents of San Mateo County will remember the News that San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos were Caught and Detained INSIDE a single family home with bars on all of the windows and doors in an FBI Sting, called Operation Dollhouse. Who said they were INSIDE, LVMPD Spokesman Bill Cassell, and LVMPD Vice Lt. Karen Hughes both said they were INSIDE.
Three days later on April 25, 2007 San Mateo County Sheriff Greg Munks held a Misinformation Event where he admitted the obvious that he was INSIDE but then Lied about UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was outside when the authorities arrived. Why would he lie about that?
Sheriff Munks also said: Neither he nor Bolanos intended to PAY FOR SEX.
Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos have NEVER been Investigated or answered ANY questions about Why were they both INSIDE that Disgusting, Vulgar home on April 21, 2007.
Not one of the 5 San Mateo County Supervisors, thought it would be a good idea to find out why they both left the County at the same time for several days, and Why were they both Caught & Detained INSIDE? If they didn’t intend to PAY for SEX, were they there for another reason?
How long would it take for the San Mateo County Gang Task Force to get their hands on 3,5000 Ecstasy Tablets.
What would each Tablet be worth at retail or at a location where the customers would pay top dollar say $20 each = $70,000
Is it possible that Sheriff Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos both experts in Drug Trafficking and Human Trafficking were INSIDE 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas Nevada, at 9:30 PM to sell 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets for $25,000 Cash?
It’s NEVER too late to Investigate, I’ve asked the Board of Supervisors to Investigate they Refused.
How many of the 7 Print Media aka Newspapers demanded an Investigation of Munk’s and Bolanos being INSIDE?
Every Candidate for Supervisor, Sheriff, and even the District Attorney’s Office should be in favor of a Full Investigation.
Nobody has ever asked, When did the 3,500 Ecstasy Tablets arrive at 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas, Nevada?
What caused the FBI to close a 2 year Sting Operation on a Saturday Night, when San Mateo County’s top two Law Enforcement Sheriffs were Caught?
Who is responsible for this mess? The Supervisors of San Mateo County of course. Also every City Manager and City Council who contracted with the Sheriff’s Office for Patrol Services.
It’s such a Simple Question, Why were you INSIDE? It should only be asked after they both are sworn in.
First off lets start with San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR. Everybody and their mother knows that. How many Lies does it take to prove that? San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Mark Melville as Candidate for Sheriff in 2018 told Jon Mays of the SMDJ “Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR. It would have been nice if the SMDJ had printed that information, they chose not too. Yesterday I wrote about Carlos G. Bolanos’s name and e-mail address being on the Oath Keepers data base and I credited the source at Investigative Reporter Ali Winston. Somehow my article got deleted just minutes after I published it.
This morning the San Mateo Daily Journal has a Front page story about San Mateo County Supervisor David Canepa trusting the word of a LIAR, What planet is he living on. Here is the article from SMDJ.
San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos Bolanos denied any affiliation with a far-right militia group linked to the Jan. 6 insurrection of the U.S. Capitol after reports surfaced online that his government email was linked to leaked data collected from the organization.
“I’m pretty sure they’re not interested in having someone with my political views associated with their organization,” Bolanos said. “It’s laughable.”
Bolanos was appointed to his role as county sheriff in 2016 after more than 30 years experience as a law enforcement officer. In 2018, he was reelected to the role and is currently running to defend his seat.
Allegations that Bolanos was affiliated with the Oath Keepers, a right-wing militia group with connections across the nation, were first made online.
Publicly available portions of the hacked data, published and being stored by the anti-secrecy organization Distribution Denial of Secrets, do include Bolanos’ email address within what appear to be failed outreach chains.
It’s unclear whether members exposed in the leak are currently active and if not, when their memberships were terminated. Sensitive materials have also been kept from the public and are only available to researchers and journalists including passwords, decryption keys and financial information. Distribution Denial of Secrets did not respond to requests for access.
Bolanos denied ever registering as a member of the organization. He instead suggested someone else did so as a joke. He recalled receiving an email from the organization a few months ago but said he paid no attention to it, never verified as a member and deleted it.
Before then, he said his only knowledge of the Oath Keepers was of some of the organization’s members taking part in storming the Capitol as Congress was certifying the election of President Joe Biden on Jan. 6, an event he joked he wasn’t in attendance.
While unsure of who would have allegedly registered him as a member using his government email, he pointed to the election as a possible explanation as to why his information could be linked to the site.
“I don’t know why somebody would think that’s funny but it is political season,” Bolanos said. “It’s ridiculous that somebody can sign people up for whatever and other people will take that seriously.”
David Canepa, president of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, said he spoke directly with Bolanos after learning of the alleged connection and was assured by the sheriff that the claims were false.
“I’ve known the sheriff to be truthful and I’m going to be taking him at his word,” Canepa said. “The sheriff told me he had nothing to do with it and for me that was good enough.”
If further connections between Bolanos and the Oath Keepers were to surface, Canepa said he’d be greatly concerned but doubled down on his support for the sheriff and belief in his denial.
“We’re talking about the association with a right wing group that espouses hate and that for me is a big problem,” Canepa said. “What the Oath Keepers stand for is totally against the values of San Mateo County and I feel confident that the sheriff has no affiliation with them.” End of SMDJ article.
At least this demonstrates one thing, David Canepa can and does communicate with Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos when he feels like it.
Supervisor President David Canepa, Ask Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos why he authorized Retired Sheriff Deputy Jeffery C. Kearnan, and San Mateo County Sheriff Captain Christina Corpus a Board member of Sheriff Activities League (SAL) to Investigate the SAL for Embezzlement & Money Laundering? You didn’t think that was a little off? The Sheriff’s Office controlling the Investigation of Itself?
Or ask did any of San Mateo County Sheriff Employees attend the January 6, 2021 Storming of the Capital?
Or ask how many of 800 Sheriff Employees are Vaccinated? The Sheriff refuses to answer.
Lets go back to the very beginning when Carlos G. Bolanos first joined the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, it was January 2007. Less than 4 months later on April 21, 2007, 9:30 PM 3474 Eldon Street, Las Vegas Nevada, UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was Caught and Detained INSIDE the residence by the FBI and Las Vegas Nevada Police Department. Everybody and their mother knows that, how do we know that LVMPD Spokesperson Bill Cassell told the world that. His Officers came into contact with Sheriff Greg Munks and UnderSheriff Carlos G. Bolanos INSIDE the residence.
So how many Elected Officials and San Mateo County Newspapers have reported a different story to the Residents of San Mateo County all this time. It started with a Press Conference by Sheriff Greg Munks, who admitted the obvious that he was inside, but then came the LIE, Carlos G. Bolanos was outside. No he wasn’t he was INSIDE.
As recently as the 2018 Election, Supervisor Don Horsley, teamed up with Jon Mays of the San Mateo Daily Journal in promoting the completely false story of Carlos Bolanos being outside, They even took it one step further and claimed “He was outside the ENTIRE time.” Jon Mays said “a later report” I asked he to provide that “Later Report” he has not provided it or the name of the author of that report.
The simple fact is San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR, and He is not the only one.
I have no idea if the thought has ever crossed his mind, but in my opinion he has just shown the voters of Foster City for the second time, why he is the right guy for elected office, Any Elected Office including Supervisor of District Two, which is available in 9 months and so far nobody except Jon Froomin, has demonstrated that the Oath of Office, or that Integrity is Important in San Mateo County Politics.
Also Supervisor Dave Pine could use the support he deserves. At this moment there is not one of the current Candidates for Supervisor of District Three, that has the qualities Jon Froomin has so effortlessly demonstrated. I’ve always said you could elect a Good Human with NO POLITICAL Experience and be better off at the County Level.
The Issue is with Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and David Silberman not the Deputies.
Some members of the council have been doing their best to get the Sheriff’s Office to stop killing residents and to stop lying about it after they do. Yanira Serrano Garcia and Sandra Lee Harmon are two examples. The AXON LOG RECORDS are another example, they belong to the public, Sheriff Bolanos and SMCC attorney David Silberman are refusing to release them. I’ve recommended the City of Half Moon Bay sue both. So far the council has chosen not too.
The Councilmembers know that there is an election in 10 months and Mark Melville a candidate has been following the challenge the city has been facing with Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos.
I asked Mark Melville for his opinion, here it is.
First and foremost, Mr. Jiminez is correct in that the public and Council need to meet and discuss what is in the best interest of all city residents, inclusive of public safety services. I read the proposed ordinance and find it appropriate. There is nothing in the ordinance that prevents the Sheriff’s Office from doing their job. The Council is looking for the betterment of how people are treated once they are in contact with law enforcement, nothing wrong with that. I’m not sure where the Sheriff is coming from when he says the ordinance wouldn’t improve public safety..? I think the ordinance is actually in favor of policing, in the way the City wants to see it done. In addition, I believe specific deputies should be assigned to the City for a long period of time. This would allow them to become part of the community and they would clearly understand the community’s expectations. In doing this, it would eliminate the Sheriff’s concern of having deputies working in different jurisdictions operating under different operating procedures.
The Sheriff’s statement, “It’s my understanding their ordinance will have no legal basis on our services, nor on the contract, it’s basically unenforceable,” which in my opinion is very condescending. The Sheriff is saying we are going to provide the service to the City the way we see fit, and there is nothing you can do about it, oh until the contract ends in 2022. In my opinion, the Sheriff should be at the forefront of drafting said ordinance with the city Council, because it’s for the betterment of the community..!! I’m wishing the City success in achieving the services they desire for their community.
San Mateo County Voters can help Half Moon Bay residents in this next election.
Sabrina Brennan, Former San Mateo County Harbor District Commissioner elected by County Wide Voters, made this comment on another article I wrote this morning about the SAL, Barbara Bonilla, the A.G. Office dismissing 6 out of 7 Felonies, and no jail time etc.
“Disgusting that Barbara got away with it. SAL is a criminal organization that should be disbanded effective immediately. Anyone associated with SAL is a tool or a dirt bag.”
She is stating the obvious and San Mateo County Residents should thank her. I have not heard of any San Mateo County Elected Officials or there staff comment on the Sheriff’s Office Investigating Itself, that was the tell that Barbara Bonilla was going to walk, everybody knew it and the A.G.’s Prosecutor came through for “Those Who Matter” no surprise here.
I will also add the Sabrina Brennan was the only SMC Elected Official that asked publicly if it was possible that Chinedu V. Okobi was murdered by the San Mateo County Sheriff Employees on October 3, 2018? The only one to ask, Think about that. Chinedu Okobi was SMC’s George Floyd
San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, Captain Christina Corpus, Captain Jeffery C. Kearnan and the State of California Attorney Generals Office, all thought it would be just fine to Investigate the San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League former Executive Director and others, for Embezzlement & Money Laundering. Early on SMCSO Captain Jefferey C. Kearnan sent an e-mail to Christina Corpus.
San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League has NEVER been Audited.
Jeffrey C. Kearnan e-mail “Per Gigi SAL has never been audited” We can not account for $232,084.51
Mark Melville Candidate for San Mateo County Sheriff 2022 was asked if he was Sheriff would he have allowed the Sheriff’s Office to Investigate itself? Here is his response,
Mark D Melville <firstname.lastname@example.org>To:Michael Stogner Wed, Sep 22 at 8:16 PM
Mr. Stogner, If I was the Sheriff when the embezzlement issue was discovered which implicated Barbara Bonilla as the responsible person, I would not have had anyone from the Sheriff’s Office conduct said investigation. I would have placed Ms. Bonilla on administrative leave, hired an independent auditing firm to review all transactions of SAL for the previous three (3) years, and based on the findings, contacted the Attorney’s General Office to conduct an investigation to determine how, when, and how much money was missing, and to what extent Ms. Bonilla was involved. Once the investigation was completed, the appropriate charges would be immediately filed with the court and Ms. Bonilla would have been arrested for said crime(s), booked, and subsequently tried. At no time would I have had any employee of San Mateo County involved in this investigation. Mark——

Or would you have recognized the Conflict of Interest. Thank You Michael G. Stogner San Mateo County News.com
Every San Mateo County Elected Official and their Staff are completely in support of the Conflict of Interest Criminal Investigation of San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League. How do I know this? It’s simple, just Google it.
Not one of San Mateo County Elected Officials or Candidates in the Election just nine months away have said one word about it, except Mark Melville.
Reminder: San Mateo County News.com was the first 2/28/2020 News and Information source for the residents of SMC to report that Executive Director of the Sheriff’s Activity League, Barbara Bonilla was on Administrative Leave.
Any reasonable person would know that the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office is the last Law Enforcement agency that should be investigating itself. Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and the Attorney General’s Office Teamed up right from the beginning, you had to know what the results were going to be.
To Captain Christina Corpus and Captain Jeffrey C. Kearnan Date: Mon, May 11, 2020 at 10:28 AM Subject: Re: Target Gift Cards Thanks Christina. Now this is more than just BB ordering her staff around. This is mismanagement of cash – and now it is not just BB.
Note: BB is Barbara Bonilla and now it is not just Barbara Bonilla, also Gift Cards are a great way to Launder Money.
Just because somebody says something is true doesn’t mean that it is.
Just because somebody is Criminally Charged with something, doesn’t mean they are Guilty. Former San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez Criminal Case is a Perfect Example of that. Remember he was charged with Smuggling a Cellphone and Drugs to a Hells Angel Gang Member, whatever happened to those charges? Just ask Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos.
This morning I couldn’t help thinking about Roger Allen R.I.P. As we all know now he was killed by 4 Daly City Police Officers while sitting in a disabled vehicle. The Official story was the Police Officers were there to Help/Assist.
This morning I found myself in a disabled vehicle, blocking one of two lanes of traffic in Salinas, California. I called AAA and as I was on the phone, a Monterey Sheriff Patrol car pulled up behind me with his light bar lit up, a short time later a 2nd Sheriff Patrol car arrived and parked behind the first car. They asked me if I had called for a Tow and I said yes, they asked if I knew how long before the Tow Truck would arrive? I said I don’t know yet. I asked the first officer if he could push my car through the intersection and he explained that his push bars might damage my rear bumper and it was no problem, he would just stay until the Tow Truck arrived.
The two Monterey Sheriff Deputies stayed with me and my disabled vehicle for 40 Minutes until the Tow Truck arrived and loaded me and my vehicle. They never once asked me my name, they never approached and surrounded my vehicle, they never once said “We are here to Help” They simply made sure I was safe and my vehicle did not get run into by a distracted driver.
Thank You, Monterey County Sheriff Office Deputies, for your professional behavior this morning. I only wish Roger Allen R.I.P. had you to protect him.
Background April 7, 2021 Roger Allen was shot and killed by Daly City Police Department, he was sitting in the passenger seat of a disabled truck. Nobody requested the Police to show up. 4 Officers did and surrounded the vehicle. The Official report from Chief of Police Patrick Hensley and approved by Shawanna Maltbie was “They were there to Help.” That was the first time I had heard of Daly City Police Officers “We are here to Help” on what normally would be a AAA call to fix a flat tire.
Shawanna Maltbie the City Manager is responsible for the behavior of the Police Department, (What I mean by that is the City Manager can Fire the Police Chief and she could have named the 4 Officers the very first day of the Homicide, She simply chose not to.) and serves at the pleasure of the City Council. This was just demonstrated to all SMC Residents by the Foster City Gang of 3 (G3) when they FIRED Dr. Peter Prinejad, August 25, 2021, their recently hired City Manager for NO CAUSE.
Daly City has NO Councilmember at this time who thinks Shawanna Maltbie should be fired. That is why Public is now speaking up. The Public is responsible for how their Government acts.
Per the The Public’s demands from The Daly City Council Meeting from this past Monday, September 13, 2021, The Daly City Public will be visiting Daly City Hall, Today, September 20th, around 11:30 AM to confirm resignation of all Daly City Council Members, City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Clerk and Police Chief. These demands were made at the 2:41:49 mark.
The next step and really the only one that will make an impact on Daly City Government is for the Public to organize and RECALL at least 3 of the 5 Councilmembers. Can it be done? Just look to the residents of Foster City who successfully RECALLED the Vice Mayor Herb Perez, not that long ago.
San Mateo County News.com has asked San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos what his policy is for his 800 employees being vaccinated. The Sheriff and his Public Information Officer have not responded yet.
The Public has a right to know if the Sheriff Deputy that has pulled him/her over for a traffic stop is fully vaccinated. It’s no secret that several people in Law Enforcement think they are above the rules, “Those Who Matter” club. Some have even filed lawsuits to avoid being vaccinated.
Violation of Oath? First responders, whose oath is to serve and protect, and to race into harm’s way in the interest of public safety.
I’ve asked a simple question, Sheriff Bolanos what is your policy on your employees being vaccinated in order to serve the public? In order to be in a Court Room, to be in MaGuire or Maple Jail, or San Mateo County Medical Hospital, or the 400 County Center Building, or Sheriff Activities League?
What is San Mateo County Sheriff Office Policy?
Michael Stogner <firstname.lastname@example.org>To:Carlos Bolanos,email@example.com Cc: Mike Callagy, John Beiers, Dave Canepa, Don Horsley, Carole Groom and 3 more…Sat, Sep 18 at 6:44 AM
Good morning Sheriff Bolanos, What is your policy on your employees being fully vaccinated? What is your total number of Employees, and how many have been fully vaccinated as of today? If any claim religious exemptions will those documents be verified for perjury?
Thank you in advance of your response. Michael G. Stogner San Mateo County News.com
The same question could be asked for All San Mateo County Employees.
Note: Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is a candidate for Re-Election in just 9 months.
