If you haven’t read the Crimson Contagion Exercise of 2019, you might want to it was a 9 month exercise by the Trump administration to show the weaknesses and strengths of America in the event of a Pandemic caused by a virus that came form China. The exercise took place from January-September 2019.
It has always been the time to be alert in America. You have always been responsible for your own Safety and Health. San Mateo County’s own Boogaloo Boy Robert Alvin Justus Jr. from Millbrae is all the evidence you need, May 29, 2020 he joined Steven Carrillo a U.S. Air Force Sergeant in good standing for the sole purpose of KILLING POLICE OFFICERS in Oakland while a BLM protest for the murder of George Floyd was taking place. They thought that would be a good distraction, it was for awhile. They successfully ambushed and murdered Federal Protective Service Officer Patrick Underwood that night. They met the day before on Facebook a San Mateo County Company.
According to the County Health Data website the amount of ICU Beds and Staff has not been above the 15% the State is requiring for the last 12 days in a row. It would be good to know what is the real number of total ICU Beds and Staff . SMC has always allowed that number to fluctuate for some unexplained reason.
As you can see Jan 16, 2021 SMC had only 1 ICU Bed and Staff available. Think about that for a moment.
Also in the last 15 days San Mateo County had 106 Deaths from COVID-19.
San Mateo County Finally Enforcing State Orders. Enforcement is the most important part of any Order.
Thursday Jan 21, 2021 Hon. Judge Danny Chou granted the county’s request for a temporary restraining order that Pacifica Beach Yoga immediately shut down.
San Mateo County Counsel John Beiers “Our community rightly expects that when its state government imposes shelter-in-place laws, those laws will be enforced justly and equitably to ensure that everyone is playing by the same rules.

The best thing the Attorney General’s Office can do for Public Trust is to take this case all the way to trial. No Plea Deal also it would be nice if they made a Public Comment on the Case Period.
Remember this was a Embezzlement and Laundering Investigation being conducted by both San Mateo County Sheriff Office which you have to ask Why? would the Sheriff Office be involved in investigating one of there own and the California Attorney General’s Office who is prosecuting this case.
If you would like to listen to the Court Appearance below is the Phone number and code.
San Mateo County Supervisor David Canepa is well known for his Interviews and Opinions in front to the television cameras. His opinions on the COVID-19 Pandemic have been like a Roller-Coaster up and down and all over the place.
Michael Stogner <email@example.com>To:Dave Canepa,Bill Silverfarb,Dave Pine,Don Horsley,Carole Groom and 2 more… Sun, Jan 17 at 8:33 AM
Hello Dave, Can you tell me how many long term care residents have received the first and second doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine as of today? How many long term care residents does SMC have? Last weeks Burlingame’s Facility outbreak brought back memories for me personally, that is where my father spent the last days of his life. I think we can agree this population is the most likely to fill the Hospital ICU beds once they get COVID-19 and most likely to die.
Thank You, in advance for your response. Michael G. Stogner, San Mateo County News.com
May 28, 2020 Steven Carrillo a United States Air Force Sergeant and leader of the Phoenix Raven unit aka the Murder Crews posted on his Facebook page at 7:00AM. “Great Opportunity” within 20 minutes Millbrae resident Robert Alvin Justus Jr. responded “Lets Boogie” these two men had never met before that. The next night at 9:44PM Federal Protective Service Officer Dave Patrick Underwood was Murdered. What Steven Carrillo meant about Great opportunity was Oakland had a peaceful protest of Americans who had seen the video of George Floyd being murdered by a Police Officer that fact by itself was Very Unusual thanks to a 17 year old girl, the world saw a white Police Officer Murder a black man.
Steven Carrillo of Ben Lomond Robert Alvin Justus Jr. of Millbrae went to Oakland, California for the sole purpose of Killing Cops. The Great Opportunity was the distraction of the peaceful protest.
Two completely Separate Events,
A week later Steven Carrillo killed Santa Cruz County Sheriff Sergeant Damon Gutzwiller in Ben Lomond, California.
Less than a month later Facebook took action and Removed Boogaloo groups from their platform.
June 30, 2020 at 3:24 p.m. PDT
Facebook on Tuesday removed hundreds of accounts and groups associated with a violent network of the far-right “boogaloo” movement whose followers have been linked to violence that disrupted mostly peaceful protests around the United States.
Facebook said it was designating the faction of the boogaloo movement that advocates violence as a “dangerous organization” and had taken down 220 accounts, 28 pages, 106 groups and 95 accounts on Facebook-owned Instagram that were associated with it. The social media platform said it also had removed 400 more Facebook accounts and more than 100 additional groups that supported or praised the violent network.
Facebook’s move against the boogaloo movement came after federal prosecutors charged several adherents of the movement with crimes across the United States, including the murder of a security officer at a federal courthouse in Oakland, Calif., and a plot to use explosives at a demonstration in Las Vegas protesting the police killing of George Floyd.
I can’t help but wonder had Facebook a San Mateo County Company acted before the May 28, 2020 post at 7:00AM would those two guys have met and acted on their shared interest of Killing unsuspecting Police Officers.
How many more residents of San Mateo County support the Boogaloo Bois?
With all the media overload different topics for the residents to be inform about. I have always thought the ICU Beds and Trained Staff is one of the Most Important subjects to be concerned about. It is the best measurement of Safety and Capacity. It is not to be confused with the 88 surge beds which has always remained constant.
San Mateo County has 2 ICU Beds and Staff available that’s all for all eight Hospitals. That is a Big Deal and one of the Only topics the leadership of SMC should have been concerned about for the last 11 months.
It’s fair to say that COVID-19 is more dangerous today than it has ever been. All of the normal reasons to go to the Hospital remain the same, Heart attacks, strokes, car accidents, Domestic Violence, etc and only 2 ICU Beds and Trained Staff are available.
Last Tuesday I was one of the few Public Speakers on the Zoom meeting of the Board of Supervisors. I reminded them that the County had only 2 ICU Beds and Trained Staff available. That is Critical.
My recommendation for the County Leaders is to stop the Happy Talk, and make sure all the Hospitals have the proper amount of Trained Staff.
Everybody knew this was going to happen, No surprise.
NO Warnings, Penalties can include fines up to $35,000 and jail terms for passengers who assault or threaten airline crews or other passengers.
“First strike and you’re out
The new policy took effect immediately and is to continue through March 30
If you don’t want to WEAR A MASK don’t Fly. Good Job FAA.
FAA to crack down on unruly airline travelers FAA CHIEF Stephen Dickson signed an order under which unruly passengers will no longer get warnings. (Graeme Jennings Associated Press) associated press Federal safety officials said Wednesday that they’re stepping up enforcement against unruly airline passengers after confrontations took place on flights to and from Washington in the days before and after last week’s pro-Trump riot at the U.S. Capitol. The Federal Aviation Administration said there has been “a disturbing increase in incidents where airline passengers have disrupted flights with threatening or violent behavior. These incidents have stemmed both from passengers’ refusals to wear masks and from recent violence at the U.S. Capitol.” The FAA said that under an order signed by Administrator Stephen Dickson, unruly passengers will no longer get warnings. Instead, the agency said it will launch legal enforcement actions. Penalties can include fines up to $35,000 and jail terms for passengers who assault or threaten airline crews or other passengers. The new policy took effect immediately and is to continue through March 30. It won quick praise from the head of the largest U.S. flight attendants’ union. “First strike and you’re out. We applaud FAA Administrator Dickson for taking this clear stand for our safety and security,” Sara Nelson, president of the Assn. of Flight Attendants, said in a statement. The FAA said it has pursued more than 1,300 enforcement actions against passengers in the last 10 years. It did not immediately provide a count of recent cases, some of which involve passengers who assaulted flight attendants who told them to wear a face covering during the pandemic. Videos of several recent incidents have been shared widely on social media; some show people who were removed from planes for refusing to wear masks. The FAA has resisted calls for a federal mask rule, but all leading U.S. airlines require passengers to wear them with exceptions generally made only for children under 2. Some lawmakers and airline union officials have demanded that people who took part in the riot at the Capitol be placed on the federal no-fly list. The FAA said it does not have authority over that list but works with law enforcement agencies on security threats.
The FBI has announced that they have 170 criminal file cases opened so far and that is only the very tip of the Iceberg if you know what I mean.
If you attended the peaceful protest and did not enter the Capital Building or weren’t involved in criminal acts like assaulting and killing a Police Officer, or assaulting or damaging a Journalist’s equipment, or hunting down the Vice President of the United States. You might want to contact the FBI before they knock on your door, that would help you get cleared sooner than later. The last thing you want if you are innocent of any crime is to have your name placed on the No Fly List. It could take years to get off of that list.
For anybody who flew from SFO or San Jose Airport to Washington D.C. while the State of California has a Stay at Home order because you were invited by the President of the United States and he promised you “It will be Wild” He also said he would be right there with you and you believed that also for some strange reason. Or you thought being a supporter of Back the Blue was enough for for a free pass it might have been before Officer Nickrick was murdered.
The FBI is offering $50,000.00 REWARD for the PIPE BOMB GUY or GAL.
L.A. officer who was at D.C. rally told to speak to FBI By Kevin Rector A Los Angeles police officer has been ordered by LAPD Chief Michel Moore to tell FBI agents about his attendance at the pro-Trump rally that preceded the attack on the U.S. Capitol. The unnamed officer told police officials that he attended the large pro-Trump rally on the National Mall on Jan. 6, where Trump spoke, but left “prior to any other activity and did not participate in anything that occurred at the Capitol,” Moore said. The officer said that he was back at his D.C. accommodation when he saw on television that people had left the rally and stormed the Capitol, Moore said. Moore stressed that while simply attending the rally would be a protected 1st Amendment activity, any involvement in the attack on the Capitol would not be and could expose an officer to criminal charges. A department spokesman said the LAPD would cooperate with the FBI if additional investigation into the officer is necessary. A FBI spokeswoman said the agency “will interview anyone who comes forward with information” about the rally Trump held and the attack on the Capitol building that followed. Information participants provide will not be discussed publicly, the spokeswoman said. After videos and photos of the assault on the Capitol showed many intruders dressed in military-style tactical gear, law enforcement and military officials have been left to question whether any of their members were involved. Some have placed members on leave while investigations are completed. One town in Virginia put two officers on leave. The rally and attack were attended by a broad cross-section of Trump supporters, including white supremacists and other extremists. Urged on by Trump, many in the crowd had hoped to stop Congress from counting state electoral votes and confirming President-elect Joe Biden’s win over Trump in November. The mob was fueled by baseless claims made for weeks by Trump that the election was somehow stolen from him. The claims were dismissed repeatedly in state and federal courts as having no merit. Moore said the Capitol attack was such a glaring assault on democracy that scrutiny on those who attended was warranted. He said any LAPD officer who was there must “step forward, identify that they traveled, and say what their activities were.” “This event, this action against our nation’s Capitol, and the sanctity of that democratic process being interrupted by riotous mobs — if anyone in this department had any role in that, first of all, they are to identify themselves,” Moore said. Capt. Stacy Spell, a LAPD spokesman, said the agency “will cooperate with any investigation that stems from any allegations of misconduct” related to the Capitol attack and its officers. Moore said he told commanders across the department to learn whether any subordinates were in D.C.
