San Mateo County’s “Abuse of Power” continues in the x Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case in court today.

The recent Batmobile case with more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 comments shinned a bright light on the Abuse of Power that has existed and continues to exist today in San Mateo County.

What the recent Batmobile case demonstrated was the Abuse of Power that exists in the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office.

Thanks to Adam Alberti an executive with the Sam Singer Public Relations Firm in San Francisco, a Board of Directors Member of San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League, and Publisher of the RWC Climate Magazine, we have these quotes from SMC Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos regarding his decision to send an elite TEAM of 4 Sheriff Employees to another state to arrest and bring back one Mark Racop a minster who builds Batmobile cars.

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors were fully aware of this ABUSE of POWER.

My hope is that Adam Alberti would send a REPORTER to cover the 8 year criminal case of San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez, he is a Redwood City resident, his case should be compared to the Batmobile case and the Zain Jaffer case IMHO.

I have not seen any coverage by any San Mateo County Media of this Very Important case.

Why would DDA Marie McLaughlin accept an award from Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos a known LIAR?

Everybody and their mother has known or should have known as of April 21, 2007 that Carlos G. Bolanos is a LIAR.

Thanks to Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes we now know that both of these two and several others are responsible for the ABUSE of a Minister in Indiana by the name of Mark Racop who makes the 1966 Batmobile car.

Does anybody think it is bad optics for a Sheriff to be giving a DDA an award?

Have SMC Investigators ever lied to a Judge to get a Warrant. Yes of course they have.

Does San Mateo County District Attorney ever knowingly file false charges? Yes of course he does.

When a person is arrested and Criminally Charged with crimes, ask yourself, How long do you expect the Judicial Process to last before a Conviction or the entire case is Dismissed, like the Zain Jaffer case was in 8 months? He was arrested for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. Why has this case taken so long? The other two thought it was a great idea to Investigate the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League in the Embezzlement and Money Laundering Investigation. One of them was a lead investigator in that so called investigation.

Whoever donated money or endorsed the other two supports Investigating you own agency.

How many are San Mateo County Elected Officials and Candidates in this Election.

Of the more than 29,000 signatures on the Petition regarding the Suspicious Death of a Police Officer in his Daly City Apartment sometime between January 19, 2020, and January 21, 2020. How many are the Daly City Council members.

I support the Edais family in their request for a simple Audit of the Daly City Police Department’s actions that morning after receiving the January 21, 2020 1:59 AM 911 call. The lightening speed at which they solved an Unattended/Suspicious Death case should be awarded if it holds up to a Simple Audit. It should be taught in all Death Investigations throughout the United States of America. The short version is the first patrol officer simply believed every word that was spoken to her from what any Reasonable Person would have at least considered a potential suspect for a certain time period. The case was CLOSED upon arrival of the Daly City Police Department. Within 45 minutes of being on scene DCPD Officer Lorena Reyes called for the Coroner.

Mr. Stogner, 

There was no written agreement between the County and Wine Country Marines that predates the January 27, 2022 agreement I produced to you.  There was no written agreement prior to January 13, 2022 at 6PM, and there is no separate Financial Agreement.  Because Mr. Brown is not a County employee, I cannot know what he meant in his blog post, but as far as we are aware, he was not referring to a written record.

The reason I asked for this document is simple, every time someone gives me more than $10,000,000 of something I like to have some kind written verification, proof, evidence etc that I in fact do have the authority to distribute this PPE which was paid for with FEMA money.

It took San Mateo County Government 90 days to say the truth.

There was no written agreement between the County and Wine Country Marines on or before January 13, 2022.
