Shoshana Friedman Diengott in Court Today 1:30 PM Courtroom 6A

By Michael G. Stogner

Another San Mateo County Family Law Case to watch is the Shoshana Diengott Case. What makes this Family Law Case stand out is the Cooperation between the Attorney Steven Montalvo, San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office in causing 3 Criminal Charges for violating a DV Restraining Order. Between Shoshana and her someday ex Husband over 100 phone calls were made to the Moss Beach Sheriff Substation. That Fact right there should have been a Huge RED FLAG to everyone involved that there is a much bigger problem here.

Shoshana Diengott SMC Case to watch.

By Michael G. Stogner

Attorney Stephen J. Montalvo

Today In Courtroom 6A 9:00 AM 20-FAM-02358-A | Andrew Diengott and Shoshana Diengott

San Mateo County should audit this Family Law case to see what really happens in the Family Law Courts. What is currently happening to Shoshana Diengott is happening to thousands of parents across America daily. The goal of Divorce Attorneys is to divide/remove one of the parents from the children/home/pets/and of course all money etc and if you are really good have some criminal charges added into the mix to exhaust what personal time or money you might have managed to scrape by.

One more thing, It’s always more fun when that parent ends up representing herself against a skilled and very well connected attorney in San Mateo County.

The Diengott Family Law case number 20FAM02358-A has all of that.

Shoshana and Andrew Diengott are in Court today.

By Michael G. Stogner

You will recall Shoshana was in Criminal Court yesterday for 3 cases 21SM008281A, 21SM014282A, 21SM008574A, against her for Violating a Restraining Order. Today she is in Family Court at 1:30 PM Courtroom 6A 20FAM02358, It’s fair to say that the three Criminal Charges are directly connected to the Family Matter.

Yesterday I said her Criminal Case is very exciting for several reasons, Not everybody who violates a Restraining Order in San Mateo County gets charged with a crime. I’ll give David Bohannon as a perfect example, in 2016 he was arrested for that crime but never charged.

Menlo Park police spokesperson Nicole Acker said Mr. Bohannon allegedly texted and emailed the victim on Monday, Oct. 17, and the victim then reported the actions to the police.
Mr. Bohannon was then cited and released from jail. That was in 2016.

I’m pretty sure those are the same violations that Shoshana Friedman Diengott is currently charged with.

Yesterday Shoshana spent several hours outside the courtroom discussing a plea deal being offered by the District Attorney’s Office. She chose NOT to accept it, and is looking forward to a Jury Trial of her peers and the Witness List is going to be very interesting.

Shoshana is the mother of two children. She has not been with them for a long time.
