The City of Belmont just hired a BRADY OFFICER as Captain at Belmont Police Department.

The residents should ask, Who in the H–L, Hired Andrew Armando as a Captain at BPD.

I’m sure whoever hired him knew that and they didn’t care.

San Mateo County News.com has been writing about the San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez Criminal case for 8 years now. I’ve said many times that SMCSO Detective Andrew Armando is one of a group of Law Enforcement Officers who committed acts against Deputy Juan P. Lopez.

Civil Rights Attorney Tony Serra has filed documents with the court in San Mateo County in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case NF-433910 stating that Andrew Armando has committed PERJURY to obtain a Search Warrant.

A simple Google Search by whoever is responsible for the hire would have showed that.

Congratulations Belmont, you now have a Captain on your Police Department who can not TESTIFY in any cases.

The timing of this hire is perfect more the 5,000,000 views and 21,000 comments on the San Mateo County Public Corruption cases thanks to the Batmobile Case Involving SMC Sheriff’s Office. San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office, San Mateo County Counsel’s Office, The 5 San Mateo County Supervisors and some Judges. About a month after San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has his own Criminal Defense Attorney of course paid for by SMC TAXPAYERS.

To the residents of San Mateo County you might remember your District Attorney’s Office Deliberately Filed FALSE charges against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez in 2014. That was close to 8 years ago. They arrested him at gunpoint in front of his son. They held a Press Conference the charges included Smuggling a cell phone and drugs into the Maguire Jail and delivering them to an inmate. Every San Mateo County Employee involved with that investigation knew the Charges were FALSE.

Why was Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez falsely charged? Why is that OK with the 5 Supervisors.

Why is that OK with the 760,000 San Mateo County residents?

Why is that OK with Fixin SMC?

Why is that OK with Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus?

Why is that OK with the 800 Sheriff Employees?

Recently there was an Letter to the Editor titled Judges for Sheriff Bolanos. I laughed when I read that and thought that would be a great name for the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez criminal case.

As many of you know San Mateo County News.com has been reporting on Deputy Lopez’s case from the very beginning. I have attended almost every single hearing for more than 5 years I have lived in Monterey County so you can do the math on how many hours I have spent in Gridlock and court to bring the NEWS about this Very Important Criminal Case which demonstrates the Organized Crime and Corruption at all levels of San Mateo County Government.

I think everyone knows by now that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lost the election this month. I was surprised that he ran at all. For those of you who didn’t know Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has been on the Witness list in the Juan P. Lopez case for almost 8 years, He has been protected by the County Counsel Attorneys all this this. Come January he is Retiring and it will be interesting to see if the Taxpayers continue to provide free legal services to him.

Lopez with his 7 year legal defense expenses now over $300,000, and I see that tomorrow David Khan of Daly City has a court appearance in front of Hon. Judge Barbara Mallach in Courtroom 2A at 10:00 AM just like you do. David Khan would be another person I recommend to you for your help. The other three families mentioned above have lost loved ones to Homicides by San Mateo County Law Enforcement. They could use you help against the Government in those cases.

Your prepared statement that you read when your case was Dismissed, July 2, 2018

“I was incredibly fortunate that I was able to defend myself through the legal system, but I am aware that many others are not. Moving forward, I plan on examining ways that I can help others who are innocent and are seeking to obtain justice.”

Redwood City Police Officer Shawn Nimau Arrested for Child Porn.

Redwood City Police Officer Shawn Nimau was arrested at his home in San Carlos on Tuesday March 10, 2020, He was indicted by Federal Authorities for possession of child pornography including minors under the age of 12. Officer Nimua pleaded not guilty to charges of child pornography and criminal forfeiture, which were filed by The United States Attorney’s Office.

He is a former Lake County, California, Sheriff Deputy. His years of police service at Redwood City (5) and previous service (2013 to 2015) at Belmont Police Department.

San Mateo County Residents will recall back in 2013 it was the Federal Authorities that arrested and prosecuted San Mateo County Probation Chief.

Statement from Redwood City Police Chief Dan Mulholland as of March 10, 2020:

“The City is aware of the federal criminal investigation and is fully cooperating with federal authorities. The allegations in the federal investigation, if proven to be true, are intolerable and in no way reflect the moral principles and professional standards of the City of Redwood City and its Police Department. Since this is an ongoing investigation, no further comment will be offered.  Questions regarding the federal criminal investigation should be directed to Mr. Abraham Simmons, Public Affairs Officer, United States Attorney’s Office at (415) 436-7264.”
