Why does San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe prosecute some cases and others much more serious like the $1,800,000.00 CalPERS case against another xBroadmoor Police Chief Dave Parenti NO CHARGES. It’s simple because he can.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe has an Open Investigation into Brown Acts Violations which happen to be Criminal Acts. The FPPC referred those Brown Act Violations to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

Broadmoor is in Unincorporated San Mateo County covering 0.55 square mile. Population of 5,100
