The Topic is the August 16, 2022 Letter aka The ASK from County of San Mateo County Executive Mike Callagy to Rob Bonta the Attorney General for the State of California.
Lets have a discussion.
Michael Stogner is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
Topic: Michael Stogner’s Zoom Meeting Time: Sep 19, 2022 06:30 AM Pacific Time (US and Canada)
Would SMC Law Enforcement Officers LIE to get a Search Warrant? Just ask Attorney Tony Serra.
How many times has the (CRP) been activated since its creation in 2008?
Instead of Supervisor President Don Horsley and the 4 other Supervisors opening up who knows how many Looking Into/Report Back, The Attorney General Rob Bonta The Sheriff’s Office & The District Attorney’s Office sort of Investigate something request, and the hiring of a retired Judge Winifred Y. Smith at $650.00 per hour with a $75,000 contract to do Who Knows What.
San Mateo County Government, Just make the Affidavit PUBLIC.
For those who have taken the time to VIEW the Government’s Video, KNOW that Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. was EXECUTED by San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Employees on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay, California.
The AXON LOG RECORDS contain the DATA from ALL devices involved. These RECORDS are paid for by the TAXPAYERS. Their sole purpose is to CONFIRM Law Enforcement’s and The Government’s VERSION/STORY of the HOMICIDE.
Sandra Lee Harmon’s arms ARE UP, they don’t appear to be UP they ARE up.
Do you notice the shotgun on the ground?
Do you notice Sandra Lee Harmon is UNARMED?
Do you notice the photo is blurry? that means it has been edited/altered. By WHO?
Omitted from the description is SHOTS being fired at Sandra Lee Harmon.
Sanda Lee Harmon had 3 FATAL SHOTS to the BACK
San Mateo County Counsel Attorney David SilbermanCalifornia Attorney General Rob Bonta
IMHO I would say that San Mateo County Counsel Attorney David Silberman is the person MOST responsible for the AXON LOG RECORDS in the Sandra Lee Harmon Execution on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay, California, NOT being made available to the PUBLIC. Mr. Silberman is an AT-Will Employee.
I would have FIRED him many years ago.

Barbara Bonilla was also employed by Carlos Bolanos at the Sheriff’s Office and was his Campaign Manager.
A federal judge on Thursday July 7, 2022 sentenced Derek Chauvin to 21 years in prison for violating George Floyd’s civil rights.
Violating Civil Rights sounds so much nicer then Murder doesn’t it?
San Mateo County Residents, do any of you think Chinedu Valentine Okobi’s Civil Rights were not violated on October 3, 2018 in Millbrae at 1:00 PM in the middle of the afternoon by SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Employees? I do.
CSO Joseph Gonzales, Sergeant David Weidner, Deputy Joshua Wang, Deputy Bryan Watt, Deputy Alyssa Lorenzatti, Deputy John DeMartini.
The Governments Video Ommits CSO Joseph Gonzales like magic. 7:02-7:05 mark who do you see?
Supervisor David Canepa is a Candidate for Congress.
The Edais family of Daly City, have asked Supervisor David Canepa to resign.
Here is just ONE reason why.
President of the Board of Supervisors David Canepa and former Mayor of Daly City, California never once communicated to the Edais family about the Very Suspicious Death of their loved one. This traumatized family who is simply searching for the honest answers into the cause of death of 32 year old Munir Edais a Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer who died sometime between January 19-21, 2020.
Since when has getting a second opinion a bad or negative thing.
Do Police Departments ever make mistakes? YES
Do Coroners ever make mistakes or get it wrong? YES
San Mateo Residents know or should know about Coroner Robert Foucralt and Organ Harvesting thanks to a very brave Picon Family. Nicholas Picon R.I.P. October 2006.
The Edais family reached out to David Canepa the newly appointed President of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors for help. He responded by giving his private cellphone number.
Here is what the sister has said about that interaction.
I only use Facebook to post information about my brother Munirs death. Right when I opened the app, I came across this video of an 11 year old girl speaking about her experience with the mayor abusing his powers. Long story short, she earned a black belt in Taekwondo, but couldn’t receive it because her mom voiced her opinion on the recall. The mayor uninvited her to the ceremony making tons of excuses why. This girl is only a few years younger than me, and inspired me to speak about my issue regarding David Canepa running for congress.
She was talking about the Successful Recall of Foster City Council member Herb Perez.
On January 19, 2021, my family and I reached out to supervisor David Canepa, at the time, in hopes of him helping us with our brothers death. My brother, Munir Edais was reported dead on January 21, 2020 by a supposed suicide. Trying to find some answers answers regarding Munirs death, we reached out to David Canepa. He sent me a private message saying to call him, and left us his phone number. We called him, and got the opposite reaction of what we expected. He was very rude and unsympathetic. He claimed Daly City police department had the best investigators and yelled at us saying “what are you guys doing!”He said we need to shut down our instagram page, and rest with the fact that Munir killed himself. But if DCPD had good investigators we wouldn’t be here begging him for help.
Our family has had many sleepless nights trying to think about which steps to take next. We had no time to mourn the death of our loved one because our main focus is putting away those who caused us this heart ache. As a resident of Daly City and San Mateo County, we deserve better elected officials. after all, we’re the ones voting them in.
Why would the President of SMC BOS tell a Family they need to shut down their Instagram page?
What does David Canepa know about the Very Suspicious Death of a Police Officer in his Daly City Apartment that I don’t know?
Here is what I know, according to an Audio Expert who has examined the 911 call placed at 1:59:10 AM on January 21, 2020. A second voice has been confirmed in close proximity to Eman.
What does Candidate for Congress David Canepa say about the SECOND VOICE on the 911 call?
Another thing for David Canepa to think about is that the Edais Family recently asked for Daly City Manager Shawnna Maltie to be FIRED or RESIGN. She announced her RETIREMENT.
The Five Supervisors of San Mateo County don’t want the residents/voters to know the Truth about the More than $10M of PPE purchased with Federal Grants FEMA according to James Brown President of the Wine Country Marines of Sonoma.
On January 13, 2022 Mike Callagy County Manager and Supervisor David Canepa, Candidate for Congress, both high ranking San Mateo County Government Officials told ABC 7 News Investigative Reporter/Journalist Dan Noyes who broke the story that they didn’t know anything about the More than $10,000,000.00 of PPE that was moved out of the SMC Event Center. They both were QUICK to identify this as a MISTAKE, and they had NO Idea how this happened, “They were calling in the Marines” and an Independent Investigation was going to be ordered to make sure this never happened again. Notice the Investigation was not meant to identify How many San Mateo County Employees knew about this and for how long.
Here is one of Mike Callagy’s employees who knew in September: Iliana Rodriguez,
I offer these 2 e-mails as a start, this is getting close to answer the question, Who Ordered the More than $10M of PPE to be moved from the secure and protected building at San Mateo County Event Center in September 2021?
Subject: PPE Update Hi Iliana, As you probably are aware, all PPE has been moved out of Fiesta Hall and is currently stored in a fenced area between Gates 9 & 10. The Red Cross was only able to take the 10 adjustable hospital beds (MASH type). Their storage area was not large enough to accommodate the remaining five bariatric beds nor the five “home style” hospital beds, all of which are in the outdoor storage area. The plan is to move as much as possible into Sequoia Hall after the SaaStr Conference, to protect it from the elements. The would require the County to rent Sequoia Hall as it would be filled with PPE. The following items would be relocated first. If any space remains, we will move the most useful of the remaining into Sequoia. Masks Gloves Beds All remaining FMS items and empty containers Bleach Please let me know if you are in agreement with the above.
Thanks, Steve
Next day September 28, 2022 e-mail confirms 5 people knew about it

Why didn’t Scott Johnson, Iliana Rodriquez, Jas Sandhar, Dana Stoerh, Steve Perch, Avinesh Pal, come forward on January 13, 2022 and simply tell the truth?

In my opinion San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy John Baba did NOTHING WRONG in the Homicide of Sandra Lee Harmon in Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County, California on May 5, 2020.
U.S. District Court Judge Vince Chhabria dismissed a claim against Deputy John Baba.
Judge Vince Chhabria also denied motions to dismiss from lawsuit the City of Half Moon Bay and San Mateo County.
Jan. 19, 2022 Judge Vince Chhabria wrote that it was plausible to believe Deputy David Dominguez, one of two officers to shoot the 56-year-old woman suffering from mental health issues, acted “with a purpose to harm unrelated to a legitimate law enforcement objective.” The judge noted that video evidence established that Dominguez shot Harmon in the back, while her hands were raised over her head, and that that shot was fatal. Source Half Moon Bay Review.
It should be noted the Video the Judge is referring to was produced by the San Mateo County Government at the highest level. It starred Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos which was strange. He never mentioned Sandra Lee Harmon was shot in the back while her hands were above her head.
acted “with a purpose to harm unrelated to a legitimate law enforcement objective.”
Judge Vince Chhabria saw what everybody who watched the video saw. Good for Sarah Gatliff

Take a wild guess who else knows/knew that? You can start with the Supervisors of San Mateo County.
Every resident of San Mateo County should know who Sarah Gatliff is and support her in going ALL the way to a Jury Trial, no settlements. The Public has a right to know what really happened to her mother Sandra Lee Harmon R.I.P. on May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay.
For example SMCSO Deputy David Dominguez FIRED THREE SHOTS FIRST.
You will recall Sandra Lee Harmon was killed by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies in Half Moon Bay on May 5, 2020. San Mateo County Government never came out and informed the public that the SMC Employees shot at her while she was unarmed with her hands above her head. They also failed to mention she was shot in the back while unarmed.
Sarah the daughter is in court today on ZOOM at 1:00PM
