Aldon Smith, x49er, xRaider, xSeahawks, xDallas Cowboy, in San Mateo County Court Today.

By Michael G. Stogner

21-SM-014538-A

Aldon Smith needs HELP not Enablers.

TMZ Sports was first to report his December 6, 2021 arrest by the CHP in Redwood City,

Details surrounding the arrest are unclear.” Welcome to San Mateo County, That is the first of many RED FLAGS.

Aldon Smith might have been kicked off of several NFL TEAMS but he is on the “Those Who Matter” TEAM, in SMC. That is the Last Thing he needs.

His Defense Attorney Joshua Bentley is most likely on his cell phone speed dial. Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe numbers are on Joshua Bentley’s speed dial.

TMZ reported “Details surrounding the arrest are unclear.” How is that possible in 2021. What could be unclear about an arrest that takes place around 2:30 PM and Booked in jail at 7:38 PM. Where was Aldon Smith for those 5 hours?

What date and time did San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos provide the 760,000 residents with a Press/News Release of Aldon Smith’s ARREST for DUI BAC .288 which is over 3 times the legal limit? Sheriff Bolanos Never did provide that information, WHY?

In 2018 Aldon Smith was arrested for DUI with a BAC of .40 which is 5 times the legal limit, and that happened with him wearing a SCRAM device.

Why did San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe file this FELONY criminal case as a Misdemeanor? 21-SM-014538-A The People of the State of California vs. Aldon Jacarus Ramon Smith

The “Those Who Matter” TEAM also includes Superior Court of California County of San Mateo Judges.

November 22, 2021 the Court Public Access Telephone Service has been discontinued. The SMC Judges Invite you to attend in PERSON. I recommend any member of the public who is considering going into the 400 County Center Building, in Redwood City, California, First Google the word PANDEMIC.

This case is being heard at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 8B by the Hon. Judge Stephanie Garratt.

Hon. Judge Stephanie Garratt is the Judge that on July 2, 2018 GRANTED the San Mateo County District Attorney Office MOTION to DISMISS the ENTIRE Zainali Jaffer criminal case AFTER it had already had a Preliminary Hearing and evidence and testimony was heard and ALL CHARGES were approved.

Don’t expect this Felony Criminal Case to go much different, than the Sheriff Sergeant Lou Aquino DUI case, the Zainali Jaffer Criminal Case, or the San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League (SAL) Embezzlement & Money Laundering Criminal Case with Barbara Bonilla being the only person charged when there were others.

I’ll post update as soon as I get it.

San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League is a Criminal Organization, should be disbanded Immediately.

By Michael G. Stogner

Sabrina Brennan

Sabrina Brennan, Former San Mateo County Harbor District Commissioner elected by County Wide Voters, made this comment on another article I wrote this morning about the SAL, Barbara Bonilla, the A.G. Office dismissing 6 out of 7 Felonies, and no jail time etc.

“Disgusting that Barbara got away with it. SAL is a criminal organization that should be disbanded effective immediately. Anyone associated with SAL is a tool or a dirt bag.”

She is stating the obvious and San Mateo County Residents should thank her. I have not heard of any San Mateo County Elected Officials or there staff comment on the Sheriff’s Office Investigating Itself, that was the tell that Barbara Bonilla was going to walk, everybody knew it and the A.G.’s Prosecutor came through for “Those Who Matter” no surprise here.

I will also add that to my knowledge Sabrina Brennan was the only SMC Elected Official that asked publicly, if it was possible that Chinedu V. Okobi was murdered by the SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Employees on October 3, 2018? The only one to ask, Think about that. Chinedu Okobi was SMC’s George Floyd. San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and his Public Information Officer (PIO) issued issued 2 FALSE Press/News Releases almost immediately, which stayed up on the County’s website for 5 months.

How is the SMC Sheriff Activities League a 501 C?

What Has the SMC Sheriff Activities League done to make sure this NEVER happens again, since the Embezzlement and Money Laundering Investigation by the State of California Attorney General and the San Mateo County Sheriff Office, which any reasonable person would know was an obvious Conflict of Interest.

Here is a short list of who knew about the Embezzlement and Money Laundering Investigation.

Bill Nicolet, Assistant Sheriff Gregory Rothaus, Coastside Lutheran Church, Correctional Medical Group, Dani Gasparini & Alyn Beals, David Amann, Donald Hack, Greg Munks, Henry Gaw, Jeff Ira, Kiwoba Allaire, Lori & Eric Lochtefeld, Jim Hartnett & Rosanne Foust, Assistant Sheriff John Munsey, Maloney & Associates, Marshall Realty, Jonathan Shipman, Neil & Kate Layton,Pete Liebengood & Alicia Aguirre, Phillip Raiser, Sheriff Carlos Bolanos, Steve Wagstaffe, Trisha Sanchez, Warren Slocum, Don Horsley. Adam Alberti.

San Mateo County News.com was the first News Media to write about Barbara Bonilla being on Administrative Leave from Sheriff Activities League Headquarters in Redwood City.

February 28, 2020 Article

How is that possible? With all those people who had knowledge about Barbara Bonilla, that Not One of the SEVEN Print Media in San Mateo County wrote an article about it in January or February?

The California State Attorney General’s Office is prosecuting Barbara Bonilla, What have you heard from them about this case? How did they come up with these charges? Is Barbara Bonilla really the only person involved?

Barbara Bonilla’s last day in the office of Executive Director of San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League (SAL) was February 10, 2020. The SAL is 501 C and listed as a division of the Sheriff’s Office. At that time Barbara Bonilla was employed by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.

Barbra Bonilla is well connected and well known for her Fund Raising abilities. She was also Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos’s Campaign Manager for his 2018 run for Sheriff. April 2017 She donated $1,000 to his campaign. She was on the Boards of National PAL, California PAL, Redwood City Rotary, San Mateo County Parks and Rec Commission.

In May of 2020 she resigned from the Sheriff’s Office. Why? She was not charged with any crime and even if she was it doesn’t mean there is any evidence of a crime. The former Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case is a prefect example of that. “Smuggling a Cell Phone and Drugs to a Hells Angel Gang member in SMC Jail.” ZERO evidence to support those charges, they were dismissed.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe referred the Criminal Investigation to the State of California Attorney General because he was a member of the board of SAL. He wanted to avoid the Appearance of a Conflict of Interest. That is always a Good Idea when Public Trust is an issue.

San Mateo County Sheriff’Office should have done the same. Why would Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and all Sheriff Employees think they should Investigate Barbara Bonilla at all. If Steve Wagstaffe couldn’t Investigate it for an Appearance of a Conflict of Interest certainly the Sheriff’s Office had more of a Conflict of Interest.

The A.G.’s Office and the Sheriff’s Office worked together in the Criminal Investigation of Embezzlement & Laundering. The DOJ had expected to have Barbara Bonilla Arrested as early as April 2, 2020, but that arrest did not occur. Why?

Laundering Money, one of the easiest ways to accomplish this is Prepaid Gift Cash Cards you buy at many Stores. Did this element exist in the SAL Investigation? YES it did.

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos News Release December 4, 2020 Bonilla Arrest

The last sentence in the SMCSO News Release dated December 4, 2010 says: “this investigation is still underway and being handled by an outside agency.” It doesn’t identify that outside agency WHY?

When I asked SMCDA Steve Wagstaffe who’s Criminal Investigation was this he informed me it was the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.

December 12, 2020

Good morning Michael,

It was charged by the Attorney General’s Office, so it would be described as a DOJ case.  I believe that is how it would be listed in statewide statistics, since I believe they list the prosecuting agency. But the investigating agency would be the Sheriff’s Office.

Thanks

Steve

At this moment it is still unclear Who the Investigative Agency was and is.

Normally I would attend the Court proceeding, Today I will not, there is a Pandemic. Stay Safe

Welcome to San Mateo County
