September 13, 2022 Mark De Paula spoke at the San Mateo County Board of Supervisor Meeting during Public Comment 4:50 mark. He mentioned many very important subjects.

One of those subjects was “Audit SMCC and Pay for the Edais Family Legal Fees.”

Why would Mark De Paula a San Mateo County resident make that suggestion?

He’s talking about this case 21-CIV-04737 | MUSTAFA EDAIS, et al vs. ROBERT FAUCRAULT, et al

He’s requesting an Audit of John Nibbelin, David Silberman and Brian Kulich at the SMCC.

Does anybody know or remember that Mark De Paula placed himself on the ballot of the June 2022 election at the very last moment as a Write-In Candidate for Coroner? Why would he do that when it was Impossible for him to when?

He did it because he had just heard about Munir Edais very suspicious death in his Daly City Apartment sometime between January 19-21, 2020. He said if he was Elected he would turn over all of the data the Coroner’s Office had on the Munir Edais case. He felt that was the least he could do as the Coroner of San Mateo County.

San Mateo County Board of Supervisors President Don Horsley “That simply is Flat Untrue.”

Don Horsley called a public speaker a LIAR.

September 13, 2022 the Board of Supervisors held the regular meeting at 9:00 AM.

At the end of public comment BOS President called one of the speakers a LIAR.

This might be one of the reasons the Supervisors are not supposed to respond to Public Comment.

Don Horsley “I never really respond to or talk about public comment, I will on one case.”

” There was a really inflammatory charge about a Deputy Sheriff Murdering somebody, that simply was flat untrue.” Let’s find out who is telling the TRUTH.

Right after the public comment you felt compelled to assure the Public that one of the speakers made a statement about a citizen being Murdered by the SMC Sheriff’s Office was completely False.

Can you identify for me who that public speaker was, I’m sure you are not talking about me.

What I said was the VIDEO the Government made Public shows Sandra Lee Harmon was Executed.

San Mateo County’s Batmobile Case, It’s the AFFIDAVIT. It’s that simple.

Release the AFFIDAVITS, Charges have been filed.

It is highly unusual for an affidavit, which lays out the probable cause that a crime was committed, to be released before charges are filed.

In San Mateo County’s Batmobile case 22-SF-008723-A the AFFIDAVIT is still SEALED after charges have been filed. Why?

I know this is going to come as a shock to some of you reading this but sometimes the Law Enforcement Official who has word-crafted and or signed the AFFIDAVIT is LYING to the Judge.

The entire Legal and Judicial system is based on trust that everyone who has the authority to arrest, shoot, charge and judge you are honest and decent human beings who have taken an oath to uphold the law. They would never Lie to a Judge or the Public, that is the Perception, right?

Just ask Ebele Okobi who said this after her brother Chinedu V. Okobi was murdered by SIX San Mateo County Sheriff Employees on October 3, 2018. “I am angry at myself for believing any of the lie put out by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.” “I am angry at myself for believing that District Attorney Wagstaffe was acting as an impartial defender of the public.”

The San Mateo County Executive is Mike Callagy. Don Horsley wants Mike Callagy to look into this. What does that even mean?

What makes Don Horsley think his constituents want to have SOME ANSWERS?
