Robert Foucrault why did you ignore the Family’s CPRA request?
On February 27, 2020, the Coroner published an autopsy report finding that Munir Edais had died of “suicide by hanging” and set his time of death was 2:41 a.m. on the morning of January 21.
Substantial material evidence casts doubt on both of those findings.
What is the EVIDENCE Munir Edais a 32 year old Police Officer, Father of two girls, Husband of less than 6 months, San Mateo County Resident all his life Hung Himself?
Robert Foucrault, why are you and David Silberman fighting so hard to keep your Work Product a Secret from the Parents of Munir Edais. Is that part of your job description?
Are you telling the 760,000 Residents of San Mateo County to trust your findings? Have you ever made a mistake, or changed your findings for ANY reason.
Robert, what were/are your thoughts about the Nanny Camera located in Bedroom #2 the same bedroom you say Munir Edais Hung Himself? Your Team never mentioned it, WHY?
Please sign and share Munir Edais R.I.P. story, for some reason the San Mateo County Media never reported this Suspicious Death of a Police Officer in Daly City, California. Let’s find out why?
Ask your friends and family members in Law Enforcement why they haven’t signed this Petition?
Ask all San Mateo County Employees why they haven’t signed this Petition?
It’s been 28 days since I first heard the name Munir Edais. If you are a San Mateo County Resident I’m guessing you have never heard his name either. Why is that?
According to Daly City Police Officer Lorena Reyes #2135 (1st patrol officer on the scene) on January 21, 2020 a little after 2 AM Munir Edais a Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Hung Himself in Bedroom #2 of his apartment in front of the Nanny Camera.
The Nanny Camera would have been the perfect witness/evidence to this “He Hung Himself Story.”
The Nanny Camera would have answered many of the nagging questions that the Edais Family still has to this very day 28 months later.
What time and date did the Daly City Police Department take the Nanny Camera from Munir Edais’ apartment as Evidence? When did the DCPD view the video from the Nanny Camera?
I have signed the petition because there was NO Investigation period, Let’s Fix That.
My mother said many times, “If you don’t know where something is, it could be anywhere.” The same is true if you don’t know who the person is. It’s been 25 days and San Mateo County residents don’t know who ordered the PPE outside. Who ordered the CONVOY of Garbage Trucks? Who gave James Brown of Wine Country Marines the PPE on or before January 13, 2022. So I thought I would ask Travis Kusman.

Good morning Mr. Kusman,
My name is Michael G. Stogner I am the co-owner of San Mateo County News.com
As I’m sure you are aware, San Mateo County Government has failed to identify the person who ordered the PPE to be moved outside the Event Center. It’s been 25 days.
It was also reported that a Convoy of Garbage Trucks picked up PPE in the last two months.
I have 2 questions for you:
Are you the person who ordered the PPE moved outside?
Are you the person who ordered the Garbage Trucks?
Thank You in advance for answering these questions.

I’ll bet the 5 San Mateo County Supervisors wished they had asked at least one adult question of County Manager Mike Callagy on January 25, 2022 BOS Meeting Agenda Item 12.
San Mateo County should be thanking ABC 7 Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes for staying on this VERY IMPORTANT story.
I’ve been waiting to be able to review the January 25, 2022 meeting to specifically report on the Agenda 12 Item. I wanted to make sure I had the Supervisor David Canepa remarks correct before I report them to the public. The Governments Video is Not posted on SMC Website or the Youtube Channel as on noon today. The person who is responsible for that is the Clerk of the Board which just happens to be Mike Callagy.
Before any more crimes are committed, I recommend the San Mateo County Supervisors contact James Brown, let him know you are sorry for the mix up, that whoever gave him the $10,000,000 of PPE did not have the authority to do so. Offer him $10,000 for his time and thank him for volunteering in the first place. San Mateo County should be distributing this PPE it’s in Geat Condition. Get it to the people in San Mateo County.

“We are working hard on getting this into the hands of organizations and groups that need it. Fortunately most of it is in Great condition, vacuum sealed in plastic and only the outer card board was damaged in many cases. Also there was quite a bit stored indoors.“
Why James Brown? isn’t there one employee in San Mateo County who has the capability and skill set to distribute the $9,000,000 of PPE that is in GREAT CONDITION according to him. It should be distributed to San Mateo County period.
If it’s in great condition today January 20, 2022 just think it must have been in great or perfect condition from the time SMC took possession of it, which to this still remains unknown.
When did SMC get this $10M of PPE?
Was it one shipment? what dates? Who signed for it?
Why didn’t SMC distribute it right after they got it?
Why doesn’t San Mateo County distribute it today?
It was No Mistake that this $10M PPE was left outside, It was ordered to be moved outside, part of the plan.
San Mateo Event Center Manager DANA STOEHR: “It’s, it was fully taken care of exactly the way it should have been.”

I see “$10M CASH” of “federal taxpayer dollar purchased productions” I don’t see a big mess, I don’t see “Surplus”
Money Laundering was the first thought that came to my mind, when I read and watched ABC 7 News report.
This is from ABC 7 Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes who first reported this Thursday January 13, 2022 at 6:12 P.M.
“We don’t want anybody to take this and put it on eBay because that’s in essence money laundering, you’re taking federal taxpayer dollar purchased productions and you’re turning it into cash for you,” Brown said, continuing, “We’re not going to allow that, but what we do want to do is get this into the hands of any organization that serves the community. If you’re out there serving the homeless or doing a food kitchen or a shelter, if you’re treating patients, any of that.”
Who in San Mateo County Government gave James Brown the $10,000,000 of PPE aka federal taxpayer dollar purchased productions?
This action happened before January 13, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. When Wine Country Marines Facebook page said
Large Donation of PPE Updated: 2 days ago
The Wine Country Marines are excited to announce a partnership with the San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management. Specifically, the County DEM has graciously donated to the Wine Country Marines a very large supply of excess inventory of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that they were provided by FEMA, to be shared with the community at large.
So James Brown (whoever he is) announced San Mateo County Graciously Donated to the (Wine Country Marines) whoever they are the $10,000,000.00 of PPE. 12 minutes before Dan Noyes reported the story.
The veterans’ advocacy group will be giving it all away to qualified groups on January 25 by appointment only. That’s 9 days from now.

Dan Noyes Investigative Reporter for ABC 7 reported on Thursday January 13, 2022 that $10M of PPE was moved outside of a secure location at the San Mateo County Convention Center. The reason given for the move was to use that space for a really cool convention held in September. They NEVER moved the PPE back inside it remained outside for more than 3 months. But here is what San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy did do right after Dan Noyes report went public, He gave away the $10M of PPE, to the Wine County Marines. WHY so FAST? and WHY them?
Think about that, most Residents of San Mateo County didn’t know anything about Dan Noyes’s report 3 days ago. James Brown sure did, Mike Callagy sure did.
What date and time did County Manager Mike Callagy give the $10M PPE away?

It’s no Secret that the San Mateo Daily Journal and District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe want Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos to be Re-Elected in the next election.
SMDJ knows this is not quiet the truth, Bolanos — appointed in 2016, Somebody removed this News Release from the Governments website before the July 12, 2016 Board of Supervisor Meeting, John Maltbie was the Clerk to the Supervisors and John Beiers San Mateo County Counsel would have word crafted and final approval of the agenda item. Who removed Michelle Durand’s press release, and Who word crafted the agenda Item. Remember Don Horsley and Carole Groom were asked to RECUSE themselves. They didn’t.
Bolanos — appointed in 2016, elected in 2018 and now running for reelection — said he also routinely receives outlandish emails and communications from people which he said he’s learned to ignore.
Now vindicated, Bolanos said he’s thankful the DA’s office investigated the case and hopes the public will be less inclined to believe such allegations in the future.
“I’m glad the District Attorney’s Office investigated it and determined that there was absolutely no merit to me being involved with that organization,” Bolanos said. “Hopefully people learn from this and recognize that just because somebody says something and tweets something it may not be true. People should do some critical thinking before they assume something.”
This sounded familiar,
“just because somebody says something and tweets something it may not be true.“
I’ve been saying this for just over 20 years, “Just because somebody says something is true, doesn’t mean that it is.” I can’t take credit for the statement I first heard it in court by a very popular San Carlos Attorney named Jeff Cost. He credited it to his father.
The SMDJ in 2018 Endorsed Carlos G. Bolanos for Sheriff which is fine, but they also printed a False statement about Him being “OUTSIDE the entire time.” Operation Dollhouse, FBI Sting Las Vegas Nevada, April 21, 2007.
Everybody and their Mother knows that is a Lie.
Here is the entire SMDJ article from December 15, 2021
San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office solves mystery over Oath Keeper account Belmont resident responsible for creating memberships for sheriff, police chief to far-right group By Sierra Lopez Daily Journal staff 3 hrs ago Carlos Bolanos A Belmont resident was responsible for registering Sheriff Carlos Bolanos and former Belmont Police Chief Dan DeSmidt with a far-right anti-government organization as a reminder of their oath to the Constitution, an investigation by the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office found.“ Anybody who knows me knows I’m not of the persuasion that would join an organization like that. They knew it was a joke but unfortunately, it got taken seriously and it wasn’t funny anymore,” Bolanos said. In October, allegations that Bolanos was affiliated with the Oath Keepers, a national right-wing militia group, were first made online after his email was discovered in a leaked database published and stored by the anti-secrecy organization Distribution Denial of Secrets. At the time, Bolanos denied being a member of the organization and asserted that someone else must have registered him, though he was unsure of who would have done so. Bolanos said a news organization discovered that a third party likely registered him with the organization and he immediately turned that information over to the DA’s office.Additional information was also shared with the office from the San Mateo County Counsel’s Office, Bill Massey, chief investigator with the DA’s office, said. The department did not go through the leaked database but Massey said they did reach out to the Oath Keepers, which was unresponsive. What their investigation did find was that a Belmont resident registered Bolanos and DeSmidt with the organization in 2017. The Belmont Police Department was also made aware of the incident back in 2017, but declined to pursue the case at the time because they were familiar with the individual’s behavior, Massey said.“Without going into detail, he’s a very outspoken individual. He has some views that may not be mainstream so he’s known in the city of Belmont,” Massey said about the person who created the accounts for the officials. When questioned, Massey said the individual confessed to registering the public officials with the organization with the intent of reminding them of their oath to the U.S. Constitution. Massey said they verified the individual was responsible for the accounts by reviewing packages from the Oath Keepers which were addressed to Bolanos and DeSmidt but sent to the Belmont resident’s home.Massey said the DA’s office was investigating the issue of impersonation and identity theft of Bolanos given that the Sheriff’s Office couldn’t investigate a case in which the sheriff is the victim. Under Penal Code 528.5, the individual could have been charged with a misdemeanor for impersonating an individual online without permission with the intent of harming, intimidating, threatening or defrauding another person. But the DA’s office opted to not file charges because they could not verify that the individual’s actions were done maliciously. Additionally, the investigation fell outside a one-year statute of limitation embedded in the penal code because the Belmont Police Department was aware of the issue around 2017, triggering the statute countdown.Bolanos — appointed in 2016, elected in 2018 and now running for reelection — said he also routinely receives outlandish emails and communications from people which he said he’s learned to ignore. Now vindicated, Bolanos said he’s thankful the DA’s office investigated the case and hopes the public will be less inclined to believe such allegations in the future.“I’m glad the District Attorney’s Office investigated it and determined that there was absolutely no merit to me being involved with that organization,” Bolanos said. “Hopefully people learn from this and recognize that just because somebody says something and tweets something it may not be true. Here is a simple question for Reporter Sierra Lopez, What is the name of the Belmont Resident?
Pretty cool to Solve a Mystery with an Unnamed and Uncharged Belmont Resident.
When can you tell if San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and San Mateo County Counsel Attorney David Silberman are LYING? Answer: When they are speaking or communicating.
You would think both of these fine gentleman would be curios to find out not only who had access to Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos’ government EMAIL address, but than committed the crime of identity theft by signing up the unsuspecting Sheriff and Vetting him to have full access to a Private Chat Room of The Oath Keepers.
David Silberman: “I have no idea who did it or who changed the password. I would speculate that it was someone who wanted to attempt to harm the Sheriff.” Why would anybody want to harm the Sheriff? Nobody could harm the Sheriff more than he does all by himself. If somebody accessed my good friend the Sheriff of San Mateo County’s government EMAIL account and signed him up to a anti government Group, and then got him Vetted to the Chat Room, I would want an Immediate Investigation and Criminal Charges Filed as soon as that person or persons were identified.
I say David Silberman’s good friend because Sheriff Bolanos is the employer of one of Mr. Silbermans’ two daughters. Supervisor Don Horsley is the employer of the other daughter.
Neither Bolanos or Silberman have any interest in finding out Who, if not Carlos G. Bolanos got him vetted with the Oath Keepers to access the Private Chat Room. That is because they already know.
