The recent Batmobile case with more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 comments shinned a bright light on the Abuse of Power that has existed and continues to exist today in San Mateo County.

What the recent Batmobile case demonstrated was the Abuse of Power that exists in the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office.

Thanks to Adam Alberti an executive with the Sam Singer Public Relations Firm in San Francisco, a Board of Directors Member of San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League, and Publisher of the RWC Climate Magazine, we have these quotes from SMC Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos regarding his decision to send an elite TEAM of 4 Sheriff Employees to another state to arrest and bring back one Mark Racop a minster who builds Batmobile cars.

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos said:

“At any time during this investigation the DA’s Office could have informed us that we did not have enough evidence to proceed and that would have ended the investigation,”

In 2015 I went to the regular San Mateo County Board of Supervisor Meeting to make a Public Comment. I wanted to make my statement in Public so that there would be an official record documented.

Here is that statement regarding the State of California DMV Computers and the USPS computers being hacked in the San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case.

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors were fully aware of this ABUSE of POWER.

My hope is that Adam Alberti would send a REPORTER to cover the 8 year criminal case of San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez, he is a Redwood City resident, his case should be compared to the Batmobile case and the Zain Jaffer case IMHO.

I have not seen any coverage by any San Mateo County Media of this Very Important case.

Hon. Judge Joseph Scott Retaliating against Deputy Juan Lopez and Tony Serra? Looks like it.

This is a status hearing which could be quickly and safely conducted by ZOOM. Last Friday at 9:15AM Katrina Bihl the Court Clerk asked Juan Lopez if he knew where his attorney was. He told her to check her e-mails that one of his attorneys has Covid and she has been and is available by ZOOM. The clerk responded this court does not allow ZOOM. I had to laugh out loud. The clerk than went to her desk and attempted to call Juan’s attorney at her law office. Any reasonable person would know that a person who tested positive would most likely not go into the office. Juan Lopez stood up and offered his attorneys’ cell phone number to the clerk twice. After the clerk was unable to reach the attorney at her office by phone she hung up, that is when Juan offered the cellphone number again for the third time.

You might be wondering why would the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott not allow ZOOM in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case. A safe guess would be shortly after Tony Serra, filed a declaration with the Court stating “Judge Joseph Scott has Perjured Himself”.

“I realize that Judge Scott now knows that I know he has perjured himself by not admitting to uttering the statement as alleged in Mr. Lopez motion for disqualification for cause.”

“Further Judge Scott has sought to influence his staff, including his clerk, by asking them about the statement and insinuating that they should say he did not make it and go along with his position on the matter.”

Personally I have no idea why the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott didn’t recuse himself when ret. Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez quietly and respectfully requested he do so.

Think about this, How many San Mateo County Elected Officials and Employees were involved in the False Charges filed against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez way back in 2014.

Who do you think is AUDITING the District Attorneys Office for Honest Charges? Prosecutorial Misconduct?

Fix’n San Mateo County should be interested in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case, they are NOT. Why? Why is no newspaper in San Mateo County reporting on this case?

Remember Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was arrested with guns to his head at his home while he was on administrative leave, he was charged with Smuggling a cellphone and drugs into Maguire Jail.

I have been reporting on this case for more than SEVEN years know. I have described it as the Most Exciting Criminal Case I have ever observed. It is the BEST single example of Organized Crime and Corruption in San Mateo County Government that I have ever witnessed.

Notice the case number NF433910-A there is not a two digit number at the front. Those two digits tell you what YEAR this case started. For example San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez’s criminal case started in 2014 so you would expect to see a 14 in front of NF433910-A. If the 14 was there that would make a reasonable person to ask, Why has this Criminal Case NOT gone to Jury Trial in more than SEVEN years. How much Taxpayer money has the Government Invested in this case and What was the Money Spent On? Look at $ spent to make sure Witnesses Never take the stand.

This would be a Prefect case for Supervisor David Canepa and Candidate for Congress 2022 to attend. I’m sure he would be interested in Eliminating Corruption in San Mateo County.

On page 2 Line 13 Katrina Bihl Declares under the Penalty of Perjury the following: After the hearing, as was my usual practice, I muted the public access line and proceeded to work at my desk in the courtroom while I waited to see if the master calendar court would send any matters to this courtroom.

That statement is simply false.

SMCDA Inspector Jordon Boyd could have simply called me. He Never did.

The filing of this declaration with the court is a PC115(a) a Felony.

San Mateo County District Attorney Office Inspector Jordan Boyd knows that is a False Statement. So does DDA Kimberly Perrotti and yet they continue to march on to cause as much pain and suffering on a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy now retired.

It’s been more than 7 years, Juan P. Lopez wants his Jury Trial.

Retaliation Prosecution, Is that even a thing? It must be because San Mateo County District Attorney DDA Kimberly Perrotti, San Mateo County County Counsel Attorney Joseph Charles, and Hon. Judge Joseph Scott have spent an awful amount of the Courts Valuable time to make sure the JURY does not here those WORDS. Why? There is NO WAY that could possibly exist in San Mateo County Right?

There must be a checks and balance system in place to make sure that could never happen and if it did the Individuals who broke the law no matter who they are would be PROSECUTED, because Nobody is above the Law in San Mateo County Right?

If you are a resident of San Mateo County and you would like to know if Retaliation Prosecution exists, just ask Rachel Amanda Quintana, a resident of Half Moon Bay in 2015 a mother, sister, daughter, who did the right thing. Ask retired San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Michael Otte who committed a PC 115(a) Felony and committed PERJURY in Hon. Judge Lisa Novak’s courtroom January 5, 2017. Why was he NEVER CHARGED?

Ask Candidates for Sheriff of San Mateo County 2022, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and Sheriff Captain Christina Corpus how is it possible the SMCSO Sergeant Michael Otte was not PROSECUTED.

While your at it ASK SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus’s husband ret. Lt. John Kovach why St, Otte was not PROSECUTED. He was responsible for the Internal Investigation of Otte.

Did SMCDA DDA Kimberly Perroti commit Perjury?

Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was Falsely Charged in 2014.

It only matters if you get charged.

Last week in Courtroom 2G the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott was hearing the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez 7+ year criminal case that has never been to Jury trial yet when DDA Kimberly Perroti proudly announced that she personally contacted the prosecutor in Santa Clara County who was on a serious criminal case and the Defense Attorney was Erica Elizabeth Treeby who is Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s co-counsel. She announced that she has confirmed that the SCC case will be DARK (meaning not in session) on Thursday March 17, 2022 so there should be no reason Attorney Treeby could not attend Judge Scott’s court on that day.

There are so many things wrong about DDA Perrotti behavior but lets just focus on this one point. That information that the Hon. Judge Scott relied on was FALSE.

Next court date is Friday March 18, 2022, NOT Thursday
