By Michael G. Stogner

Who was San Mateo County Sheriff Lieutenant Michael Leishman Talking/Texting to in San Mateo County on July 19, 2022 while on his Special Ops case in Indiana?

Lt. Michael Leishman is the Big Guy playing with his phone.

There are still so many questions unanswered? Why is that?

Let us just take ONE question at a time.

Hon. Judge Joseph Scott Retaliating against Deputy Juan Lopez and Tony Serra? Looks like it.

By Michael G. Stogner

People vs. Juan Pablo Lopez case NF433910A in Court today 2G at 11:00AM

This is a status hearing which could be quickly and safely conducted by ZOOM. Last Friday at 9:15AM Katrina Bihl the Court Clerk asked Juan Lopez if he knew where his attorney was. He told her to check her e-mails that one of his attorneys has Covid and she has been and is available by ZOOM. The clerk responded this court does not allow ZOOM. I had to laugh out loud. The clerk than went to her desk and attempted to call Juan’s attorney at her law office. Any reasonable person would know that a person who tested positive would most likely not go into the office. Juan Lopez stood up and offered his attorneys’ cell phone number to the clerk twice. After the clerk was unable to reach the attorney at her office by phone she hung up, that is when Juan offered the cellphone number again for the third time.

You might be wondering why would the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott not allow ZOOM in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case. A safe guess would be shortly after Tony Serra, filed a declaration with the Court stating “Judge Joseph Scott has Perjured Himself”.

“I realize that Judge Scott now knows that I know he has perjured himself by not admitting to uttering the statement as alleged in Mr. Lopez motion for disqualification for cause.”

“Further Judge Scott has sought to influence his staff, including his clerk, by asking them about the statement and insinuating that they should say he did not make it and go along with his position on the matter.”

Personally I have no idea why the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott didn’t recuse himself when ret. Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez quietly and respectfully requested he do so.

Think about this, How many San Mateo County Elected Officials and Employees were involved in the False Charges filed against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez way back in 2014.

Who do you think is AUDITING the District Attorneys Office for Honest Charges? Prosecutorial Misconduct?

Fix’n San Mateo County should be interested in the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case, they are NOT. Why? Why is no newspaper in San Mateo County reporting on this case?

Remember Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was arrested with guns to his head at his home while he was on administrative leave, he was charged with Smuggling a cellphone and drugs into Maguire Jail.

How many of you have ever followed up to find out what happened to those charges?

They were FALSE.

If you support Law Enforcement like I do and you feel safe enough to come into the 400 County Center Building during a Pandemic, I invite you to join me at 11:00 AM in 2G.

Welcome to San Mateo County

San Mateo County 63,359 Ballots.

By Michael G. Stogner

Mark Church

Update June 10, 2022

ElectionSummaryReportRPT

Voters Cast: 75,776 of 433,539 (17.48%) Estimated number of ballots left to process as of June 9: 77,000. That means 152,776 qualified ballots have been returned to San Mateo County as of June 9, 2022. It also means there are more ballots to be counted today than was reported on June 7, 2022.

Elections and Ballot counting should be simple math easy to understand.

The Important number is always the same, How many ballots total were returned on time to the San Mateo County Elections Office for the June 7, 2022 Election.

Without this number being made public right from the beginning, the public will never have confidence in the results. A good example was the 2018 YES on W Measure by San Mateo County Neighbors for Congestion Relief. That measure lost every single reporting date right up until the last two and then it passed by a very small margin.

Mark Church is showing that number to be 63,359 out of the 433,539 registered voters.

IMHO one of the Most Exciting Elections Race if you could call it that this one.

So far 45,684 San Mateo County Voters voted for DDA Sharon Cho to be a JUDGE.

You will remember she was the Prosecutor of Zain Jaffer in 2017. He was arrested by the Hillsborough Police Department for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son. HPD wore Body Worn Cameras. Everybody and their mothers know what happened to that case right?

When did the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott decide to Not run for Re-Election? Why did Hon. Judge Joseph Scott decide to Not run for Re-Election?

Substantial material evidence casts doubt on both of those findings.

By Michael G. Stogner

Robert Foucrault why did you ignore the Family’s CPRA request?

On February 27, 2020, the Coroner published an autopsy report finding that Munir Edais had died of “suicide by hanging” and set his time of death was 2:41 a.m. on the morning of January 21.

Substantial material evidence casts doubt on both of those findings.

What is the EVIDENCE Munir Edais a 32 year old Police Officer, Father of two girls, Husband of less than 6 months, San Mateo County Resident all his life Hung Himself?

Robert Foucrault, why are you and David Silberman fighting so hard to keep your Work Product a Secret from the Parents of Munir Edais. Is that part of your job description?

Are you telling the 760,000 Residents of San Mateo County to trust your findings? Have you ever made a mistake, or changed your findings for ANY reason.

Robert, what were/are your thoughts about the Nanny Camera located in Bedroom #2 the same bedroom you say Munir Edais Hung Himself? Your Team never mentioned it, WHY?

Please sign and share Munir Edais R.I.P. story, for some reason the San Mateo County Media never reported this Suspicious Death of a Police Officer in Daly City, California. Let’s find out why?

Ask your friends and family members in Law Enforcement why they haven’t signed this Petition?

Ask all San Mateo County Employees why they haven’t signed this Petition?

The Zain Jaffer case Records should be Studied not Destroyed.

By Michael G. Stogner

This case should be studied in every Law School in the United States of America.

On Monday January 3, 2022 at 10:00 AM the Hon. Judge Elizabeth M. Hill will hear a Motion to Destroy all of the Records and Body Worn Camera Video from the Hillsborough Police Department. This same motion was on calendar for December 20, 2021 where DDA Sharon Cho informed Judge Barbara Mallach that the District Attorney’s Office had ISSUES with this and filed a Motion to Continue which was Granted.

These Records have been sealed from the very beginning, the Public has never had access to these records. Why? Here is the Very Little information that we do know.

From: Steve Wagstaffe Sent: Wednesday, January 31, 2018 4:01 PM

To: Emily Mibach Subject: People v. Jaffer
Hi Emily,
Here is the description of the testimony by the instructor:
DEFENSE THEN CALLED MARTIN ROMUALDEZ, D’S JIU-JITSU INSTRUCTOR FOR 6 MTHS PRIOR TO INCIDENT, AND THEN CALLED OFC REY. MR. ROMUALDEZ TESTIFIED THAT WHAT HE OBSERVED ON THE BODY CAM FOOTAGES WAS THE DEF PERFORMING A JIU-JITSU MOVE THAT HE HAD BEEN TRAINED IN (ARM BAR/TRIANGLE). MR. ROMUALDEZ ADMITTED HOWEVER THAT IN THE NUMEROUS PRACTICE SESSIONS WHERE D AND HIS SON JOHN DOE WERE INVOLVED THAT D WAS NEVER NAKED, THAT IT DID NOT RESULT IN ANY SCREAMING ON THE PART OF JOHN DOE, THAT JOHN DOE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE IN PAIN, THAT JOHN DOE WAS NEVER INJURED OR TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL. INSTRUCTOR FURTHER ADMITTED THERE IS NO JIU-JITSU MOVE THAT INVOLVES INSERTING FINGERS INTO ONE’S ANUS OR SELF-STIMULATING IN THAT MANNER, AND THAT THE PRACTICE SESSION S WITH D AND HIS SON NEVER INVOLVED ANY KIND OF TRASH TALK OR LANGUAGE SUCH AS “PUSSY.”

Remember John Doe was Zain Jaffer’s 3 year old son.

Steve Wagstaffe Article e-mail to Media fails to mention his intention to Dismiss Entire Case.

The Odyssey Portal Superior Court Records for People vs. Zainali Jaffer 17NF012415A shows this criminal case was first filed on February 13, 2018. That is 14 days after Steve Wagstaffe’s e-mail to reporter Emily. How does that happen?

Was Steve Wagstaffe’s e-mail to Emily Mibach a Violation of the Court Order to Seal the Preliminary Hearing Transcripts?

Zain Jaffer Case, Making San Mateo County Safer.

By Michael G. Stogner

As some of you know I have been working on Making San Mateo County Safer since 2000. I’ve always thought and I still do that Accurate and Honest Reporting and Data of Court Cases is a MUST in order to Make San Mateo County Safer for the Residents. The Zain Jaffer case is just one simple example I will give today.

Facts: October 15, 2017 4:00 AM Hillsborough, San Mateo County, California Zainali Jaffer 29 was arrested by the Hillsborough Police Department for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son.

He was never charged with Attempted Murder of a Child, by SMCDA Steve Wagstaffe.

Below is the Odyssey Portals Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo official record of Zain Jaffer’s court case. You will see the case was filed on Febraury 13, 2018. See if you can find the date the Preliminary Hearing was held? Also note this case was DISMISSED on July 2, 2018 that is FAST.
