Eman Edais (new wife of 6 months) placed a 911 call to San Mateo County Dispatch at 1:59 AM on January 21, 2020.
At approximately 0247 = 2:47 AM I requested the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office be paged to my cell phone. Deputy Coroner Holly Benedict #15 called me and I advised her of the details to this case.
Daly City Police Officer Lorena Reyes had solved this Supicious Death Investigation in less than 45 minutes. That has to be some kind of record for San Mateo County Law Enforcement. She never secured the scene, didn’t remove Eman Edais from the apartment.
Any reasonable person would support the Public Audit of the Daly City Police Department, Lets see what the Daly City Government does.

I say this based on my personal experience of dealing with Half Moon Bay City Manager Bob Nesbit and Deputy City Manager Matthew Chidester in trying to get to the truth of the Sandra Lee Harmon Homicide by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies on May 5, 2020. Those two in my opinion did everything possible to obstruct that goal. I even recommended the City Council file a lawsuit against the Sheriff, District Attorney and County Counsel to release the AXON LOG RECORDS, they chose not to. Half Moon Bay City Council was very disturbed by the Homicide and wanted answers, and even went so far as to contact the Attorney General to Criminally Investigate the Sheriff, District Attorney Investigators and the Homicide. Again the City Managers intervened in the creation of the watered down wording of that letter.
One of the main differences I see between the Murder of Roger Allen and Sandra Lee Harmon is Daly City Mayor and the Council Members are fine with the Murder of another Black man in San Mateo County. Just like Millbrae was with Chinedu V. Okobi’s Homicide by six Sheriff Employees. That was not the case in Half Moon Bay ALL Council Members were very upset and they said so.
Everybody knows the names of the 4 Daly City Police Officers should have been made public on April 7, 2021 the same day Roger Allen was killed. That is Transparency. Who is responsible for the behavior of the Daly City Police Chief? If it’s not the City Manager, and it’s not the Mayor, that leaves the silent City Council.
What did San Mateo County Manager Mike Callagy (30 year Police Officer) say? Nothing
What did the Board of Supervisor’s say about Roger Allen’s Homicide by DCPD? Nothing
Mark D. Melville candidate for Sheriff of San Mateo County 2022 said “The police department should be conducting their own investigation to ensure all department directives were followed in handling said incident.” “There is no reason for the PD to withhold the names of all personnel involved in said incident.”
District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe told me,
“There are four officers involved in the Daly City shooting. It is the responsibility of the police chief to disclose the officers’ names, with the proviso that my office will disclose the names at the time of announcing the decision in the case. So at least for now that inquiry goes to Chief Patrick Hensley at DCPD.”
“Only one officer fired his weapon and he is on administrative leave. “

I recently revisited the 2016 postgame interview when I was first asked about not standing during “The Star-Spangled Banner.” One of the reporters inquired about the reasoning behind my dissent. “There’s a lot of things that need to change,” I replied. “One specifically is police brutality. The unnamed Daly City Police Officer who killed Roger Allen is on paid leave. City Managers, Mayors and City Council are responsible.
The Attorney General of the State of California should by Investigating Roger Allen’s Homicide. Everybody knows that.

This should come as no surprise to any reasonable thinking resident of San Mateo County.
“His identification was unknown until January 2021 when detectives received a break in the case from a witness who identified the suspect as 30-year-old Kaylan Freeman from the San Mateo County Coast.”
That is a False Statement, Just ask San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Gonzales, The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office knew who Kaylan Freeman was since March 2014.
The real question is, What was the Sheriff’s Office really doing since 2012?
Sheriff’s Office eliminated SHOP and all dedicated, sexual-offense investigators with a 75% reduction in staffing in 2007 right after Operation Dollhouse the FBI Sting Operation.
What happens when San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lies to the public? Nothing.
Update: I forgot to mention during the Campaign for Sheriff 2018 Candidate Mark Melville told every Editor who met with him that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos was a LIAR. Not one of the Print Media Newspapers printed that.

Why would the City Manager Jeff Maltbie and the City Council think this is a good choice to lead the law enforcement of San Carlos by its vendor the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office. They all know or should have known about the Special Treatment she received by the Redwood City Police Department when it received a 911 call for Domestic Violence at her Redwood City residence. No Arrest, No gun removed, No Police Report.
Any one of the City Leaders could have simply Googled her name Lt. Kristina Bell D.V. 911 and found out about that.
What is her position on Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos releasing the AXON LOG RECORDS in the Half Moon Bay Homicide by Sheriff Deputies of Sandra Lee Harmon on May 5, 2020. The Sheriff’s Office said there was a Shoot Out and Ms. Harmon fired first, There is no Evidence of that, There is Evidence of three Spent Shell casings being moved at the crime scene.

Bail was set at $70,000. Checking with the Court Clerk on December 8, 2020 no record of her being arrested or in San Mateo County Jail on December 4, 2020. San Mateo County Domestic Violence Protocol was Violated on that call. Many on the Those Who Matter team knew about it and kept their mouths shut.

The Public understands that people are just human beings and there a bad apples everywhere. When one is discovered we the people expect those who know to speak up, Notify the Public Immediately. San Mateo County Sheriff Activity League of all the organizations involving Children, Volunteers, Donors and Sheriff Deputies should have been the first group of people to inform the Public about this Embezzlement. All 7 Print Media in SMC should have had front page stories about this on February 10, 2020. None of them did. ClimateRWC should have had the story first Adam Alberti the Editor is on SAL Board, he knew.

I asked the only Candidate for San Mateo County Sheriff in the 2022 Election a direct question about the Axon Log Records that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is refusing to make public in the Sandra L. Harmon Homicide of May 5, 2020 in Half Moon Bay.

I’m just going to talk about Bullet Point 1 and 4
#1 The first deputy turned off his body camera in violation of San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office policy.
The City was asked to Identify the Deputy so the public would know who the City was talking about. They chose not to.
Just because somebody says something is true, doesn’t mean that it is.
Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe have told the world that Sheriff Deputy Dominguez turned off his Body Worn Camera BWC. To this day that is all that it is. The WORD of the Sheriff and District Attorney. There is NO EVIDENCE provided (AXON LOG RECORDS) to prove that statement to be TRUE. As a matter of Fact, the San Mateo County Counsel attorney David Silberman has done everything possible to make sure the AXON LOG RECORDS do not get released to the PUBLIC.
#4 Although the Deputies have said that they fired at Ms. Harmon form some distance away from her, certain pistol shell casing were found very near Ms. Harmon’s body. In addition there were inconsistencies in the location of casings recovered at the scene.
You wouldn’t know from reading Bullet point #4 that the subject was Tampering with Evidence at a Crime Scene. Specifically the moving of and placing 3 Pistol Shell Casings from one location to another.
This Tampering with Evidence at a Crime scene is kind of a Big Deal.
The 3 Pistol Shell Casings caused 2 Bullet Holes that was never mentioned in the Official reports. This alone changes the ENTIRE OFFICIAL REPORT.
