What has changed since Sandra L. Harmon was Killed by San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies May 5, 2020 on Main Street Half Moon Bay. Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and Steve Wagstaffe told the public there was a Shootout and Sandra Harmon fired First. During the HMBCC Special Meeting held September 15, 2020 at the 27:30 Mark the Eblovi Investigation Presentation about 9 minutes Identified 3 Spent Shell Casing and 2 Bullet holes. The three Shell casings were moved. The moving and relocating 3 shell casings and 2 Bullet holes were ignored by Wagstaffe, That is Tampering with Evidence, It also changes the Entire story that Sheriff Bolanos and Steve Wagstaffe promoted.
The Half Moon Bay City Council voted 5-0 to have The Attorney General of California to conduct an Independent Criminal Investigation in the Homicide of Sandra L. Harmon, The Sheriff’s Office, and the District Attorney’s Office Investigation. That is what changed.
