What happens if Giselle Hale WINS the Election?

We teach our children the importance of Keeping Your Word or Keeping Your Promise.

Making San Mateo County Safer has been a project of mine for the last 22 years. I have found only one Elected Official (Politician) who shared that goal.

The question remains unanswered, Will Giselle Hale serve if she is elected in November, or will she refuse to be swore in?

Giselle Hale is the Mayor of Redwood City, To my knowledge she has done NOTHING to eliminate the Redwood City Police Departments TWO sets of Daily Activity Log Records.

“I like to get things done.” That is what Giselle Hale claims.

I personally would like to see her FIX the two sets of Books. That would go along way in Making San Mateo County Safer. San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Colin Smith Arrested TWICE by RWCPD. San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Lou Aquino Arrested for DUI by RWCPD. There is also the RWCPD responding to the Domestic Violence call to San Mateo County Sheriff Lt. Kristina Bell’s home that never made it to either of RWCPD daily records.

Both of those arrests were hidden from the PUBLIC. That is a Very Bad Idea.

That is SOMETHING she could do right this minute, she is the MAYOR. I can’t think of a better example to demonstrate “I like to get things done.”

Now that she has officially ended her Campaign. Her name is still on the ballot and people will still vote for her. I think the average San Mateo County Resident would appreciate the stopping of the phone calls, yard signs, door knocking, canvassing asking for Donations, etc. How hard is it for a VOTER to Google Giselle Hale to see if they want to vote for her?

Giselle Hale might also consider resigning from Mayor of Redwood City, and that would give her even more quality time with her children and husband which is what she claims as her reason for ending her campaign.

Failure to sentence Sheriff’s Officer ends in tragic drunken hit & run collision with injury

In September of 2019, San Mateo County Sheriff’s Officer George Ismael pled guilty to gang related felonies involved in a notorious jail smuggling case, one in which he had supplied contraband cellphones and illegal drugs to an incarcerated inmate. Ismael had been out of custody and awaiting sentencing, for three years, when he allegedly caused a drunken hit & run traffic collision resulting in injury -in February of this year, 2022.                

                      

California sentencing law requires a felon be sentenced within 20 judicial days of pleading guilty, with a provision for an additional 10 days, should a required probation report not be ready within that time. Meaning Ismael should have been sentenced for his crimes, in October of 2019, and ideally been in custody, on parole or supervised probation, in 2022, and unable to further victimize the public. Yet he had remained unsentenced and out of custody, when the drunken hit & run traffic collision, one resulting in injury, had occurred.

Who dropped the ball? Not surprisingly, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, a person not unknown for self-aggrandizing press conferences & releases, has been eerily silent, on the matter.

Had DA Wagstaffe known of this outrageous 3 year delay in Justice and the drunken hit & run collision resulting in injury? How could the House of Wagstaffe not have, since his office had enabled the described delay, enjoining in a motion to continue the sentencing date, on at least one occasion, not arguing against it, in others, and had quietly filed charges against Ismael (absent fanfare, press conference or press release), after the February 2022 drunken hit & run collision.

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

Hadn’t District Attorney Wagstaffe, in effect, given Ismael a pass, letting accountability drift through time, off into the fog of history, when the collision occurred? Hadn’t this failure to sentence provided Ismael with yet another opportunity to victimize the public?

DA’s Disingenuous (hollow) Proclamations

When Ismael had originally been charged, in the underlying cellphone & drug case, DA Wagstaffe had held a press conference and hyped just how dangerous to the public’s safety Ismael’s introduction of unmonitored cellphones and drugs to an inmate had been. However, this feigned concern over public safety is belied by Mr. Wagstaffe’s actions, in the matter, his Laissez-faire attention to Ismael’s sentencing, resulting in a 3 year & counting delay. Hadn’t DA Wagstaffe’s lack of due diligence in the matter enabled Ismael to once again victimize the public?

Shawnna Maltbie, Munir Edais’ Suspicious Death and Suspicious Investigation. Let’s Audit.

Shawnna Maltbie the City Manager of Daly City is responsible for the behavior of the Daly City Police Department. Munir Edais’ R.I.P. Father has asked Shawnna Maltbie for a Special Public Meeting to see if the Daly City Police Department followed their own Death Investigations Policy.

344.2.3 Death Cases
Death investigations require specific investigation methods depending on circumstances and should be handled in accordance with the Death Investigations Policy. The handling officer should notify and apprise a supervisor of the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine how to proceed. The following cases shall be appropriately investigated and documented using the approved report: (a) Sudden or accidental deaths. (b) Suicides. (c) Homicide or suspected homicide

Eman Edais (new wife of 6 months) placed a 911 call to San Mateo County Dispatch at 1:59 AM on January 21, 2020.

They have no children in common but she is 5 months pregnant with his child.

Eman Edais stated in the last two days they were arguing about an issue she did not want to disclose.
She said he was sad and upset about the relationship.

I asked Eman Edais several times what was the issue they had; however, Eman said she did not want to talk about it because “His family will hate her.”

Eman repeatedly continued to say his death was “her fault,” but did not disclose why.

She told me there was a camera in bedroom #2 that was motion detection, however, Munir Mustafa Edais only had access to the application.

Eman also told me Munir Mustafa Edais was a police officer for Los Gatos Police Department.

At approximately 0247 = 2:47 AM I requested the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office be paged to my cell phone. Deputy Coroner Holly Benedict #15 called me and I advised her of the details to this case.

Daly City Police Officer Lorena Reyes had solved this Supicious Death Investigation in less than 45 minutes. That has to be some kind of record for San Mateo County Law Enforcement. She never secured the scene, didn’t remove Eman Edais from the apartment.

Any reasonable person would support the Public Audit of the Daly City Police Department, Lets see what the Daly City Government does.

In order to FORGET you would first need to know about Police Officer Munir Edais, Supicious Death in the First Place.

Police Officer Munir Edais was found dead in his Daly City apartment 28 months ago. Who knew, I never heard about it until 8 days ago, How about you, when did you learn about it?

What actions did you take to assure the residents of Daly City and San Mateo County that the Police Department you are responsible for conducted a professional Suspicious Death Investigation of Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Officer and Father of two girls on January 21, 2020.

What was your personal response to the family’s Petition to Re-Open the Murder Investigation of a Police Officer/Father and Daly City Resident with more than 25,000 signatures. Did you ever make a Public Comment about it. If Not why didn’t you?

Shawanna Maltbie, Did you ever think to ask Daly City Police Sergeant Keith Mattos a Homicide Dectective of 28 years, These two questions: Did you say that? Yes or No and if the answer was YES, the next question would be What did you mean by “Never seen this much blood on a hanging victim.”

On 25th April 2021, the page posted an alleged quote by Keith Mattos, a sergeant at Daly City Police Department, saying, “In my 28 years as a homicide detective, I have never seen this much blood on a hanging victim.”

Did your Police Department ask/have the wife who made the 911 call at 2:00 AM on January 21, 2020 to take a Polygraph Test to verify if she was being truthful? The reason I ask this question is I am aware of the San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Rick Decker asking a mother of 2 that I was assisting in filing a criminal complaint against her ex husband in a Family Law Matter, if she would be willing to take a Polygraph Test she said of course took it and passed with flying colors. We had already provided the photos which proved fraud I’m guessing the request was because her ex husband was a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy. He was never asked to take one.

So I do know that Polygraph Tests are sometimes even given to VICTIMS who are simply reporting a crime in SMC.

How long did your Police Department Investigate this Suspicious Death as a potential Homicide?

I don’t know if you ever signed it, if not please do it right now. I suggest it Never was a Murder Investigation in the first place. You can take care of that.

Someday his son will find out what his father actually went through to fight for his Freedom and Rights and to get him back. Today as a man who is Representing Himself and is in jail, has not been able to view any of the Evidence provided to him, which is more common than you can imagine. Mr. Khan acted very professional and non disruptive to the court. It looked like he knew exactly what he was doing. Good job David Khan.

This has always been a Return of Property case, a Malicious Prosecution case.

David Khan has always wanted a speedy trial with a jury of his peers.

Why is he still in jail?

Why did DDA Brian Donnellan mention to the judge recently she should consider “Mental Capacity” just because he want to represent himself. The Judge told Mr. Donnellan we already did that. She was right.

It’s been more than 7 years, Juan P. Lopez wants his Jury Trial.

Retaliation Prosecution, Is that even a thing? It must be because San Mateo County District Attorney DDA Kimberly Perrotti, San Mateo County County Counsel Attorney Joseph Charles, and Hon. Judge Joseph Scott have spent an awful amount of the Courts Valuable time to make sure the JURY does not here those WORDS. Why? There is NO WAY that could possibly exist in San Mateo County Right?

There must be a checks and balance system in place to make sure that could never happen and if it did the Individuals who broke the law no matter who they are would be PROSECUTED, because Nobody is above the Law in San Mateo County Right?

If you are a resident of San Mateo County and you would like to know if Retaliation Prosecution exists, just ask Rachel Amanda Quintana, a resident of Half Moon Bay in 2015 a mother, sister, daughter, who did the right thing. Ask retired San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Michael Otte who committed a PC 115(a) Felony and committed PERJURY in Hon. Judge Lisa Novak’s courtroom January 5, 2017. Why was he NEVER CHARGED?

Ask Candidates for Sheriff of San Mateo County 2022, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and Sheriff Captain Christina Corpus how is it possible the SMCSO Sergeant Michael Otte was not PROSECUTED.

While your at it ASK SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus’s husband ret. Lt. John Kovach why St, Otte was not PROSECUTED. He was responsible for the Internal Investigation of Otte.

Half Moon Bay Resident David Eblovi Lawsuit for Truth in Sandra Lee Harmon’s Homicide by Sheriff Employee.

Update: 4:00 PM March 17, 2022 Attorney for San Mateo County Daniel T. McCloskey appeared and informed the Judge that Mr. Eblovi filled a Motion to Dismiss the case 2 weeks ago. The Judge checked his records and said the court has no record of that being filed. Mr. Eblovi did not make an appearance.

Update: March 4, 2022 12:45 PM DDA Brian Donnellan requested a Continuance stating that the arresting officer DCPD Detective Jose Ortega was not available due to Active Duty. It was only 4 days ago that Judge Elizabeth Hill set todays date. When was the last date DDA Donnellan had contact with his main witness?

NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY I can’t tell you how many times I have seen and heard the prosecutors in San Mateo County look straight at a judge and say they have already turned over all of the Discovery Evidence to the Defense when that is not the truth.

Why would David Khan continue to ask for it if he already received it, why would the PDP attorney that he dismissed make a statement that she received it and turned it over to Mr. Khan.

Why wouldn’t they simply give him another copy, if they already gave his attorney the evidence?

Fair and Level Playing Field, Right? Justice for All, Just tell the truth.

David Khan is representing himself in Court this morning, the charges against him are serious, he was appointed a Private Defender Attorney against his will, and he fought to dismiss her. He has remained consistent for the last 2 years. He has requested all of his personal property, Cash, Gold, MBZ, Guns, that the Daly City Police Department has taken from him.

Last week he was in Court making the same request with an additional item. He requested the District Attorney’s Office to provide him with the Discovery Evidence they have against him. Now you would think the prosecutors would have already done that right? His trial starts today,

I must say that on February 28, 2022 Hon. Judge Elizabeth Hill treated David Khan with respect and patience and listened to everything he had to say that morning.

Even DDA Brian Donnelan suggested the Judge consider mental considerations, she would not. He knows what is about to happen to Mr. Khan.

For anyone who thinks representing yourself in court especially a criminal court means you don’t understand the system.

I have observed DDA Brian Donnelan is action before and I look forward to the David Khan case.

The reason I say this is exciting is that this one case demonstrates the relationship between the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office, and a “Those Who Matter” Family Law Attorney. One of the main goals in Family Law Practice especially in San Mateo County is to separate one of the parents from the Family Residence, the Children, and of course the Assets.

These 3 Criminal charges are the results of some phone calls and text messages, a violation of a Restraining Order. Take a wild guess on how many service calls to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office were made by the Apple Executive spouse. He stated his attorney told him to call.

Zain Jaffer was arrested by the Hillsborough Police Department for Attempted Murder of his 3 year old son and multiple other felonies. The Hillsborough Police department wore Body Worn Cameras which provided Videos of the alleged crime.
