“Being wrongfully accused of these crimes has been a terrible experience, which has had a deep and lasting impact on my family and the employees of my business. Paul Pelosi Sentenced to 5 Days in Jail for DUI + Crash + Injury.

Paul Pelosi

Paul Pelosi pleaded guilty in Napa County Superior Court, August 23, 2022 to misdemeanor driving under the influence causing a car crash. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury.

He was sentenced to Five Days in Jail and 3 years probation. He already was in jail for 2 of the 5 days, and gets credit for 2 days. Napa County Superior Court Judge Joseph Solga said. In lieu of serving the remaining day in jail, the court ordered that he complete the day through the court work program, his attorney said. The court work program converts one day of jail into eight hours of community service.

See there is nothing to fear about a DUI case.
