Another good lesson for anybody thinking about suing San Mateo County Government. Does San Mateo County Government ever RETALIATE?

Just ask Selina Picon of Daly City.

This is a very exciting case, Davis Khan is representing himself, he has said from the very beginning that the Daly City Police Department took a large amount of Cash and Gold from his residence and NEVER returned it. Is that possible would one of San Mateo County’s Police Department do such a thing?

You would think Daly City Manager Shawanna Maltbie and the City Council members would have looked into Mr. Khan’s claim. Nope not as far as I can tell.

November 27, 2020 San Mateo County News.com Article

Would a law enforcement officer in San Mateo County ever file a false Police report?

Would a law enforcement officer in San Mateo County ever LIE under oath?

David Khan has stood up for his RIGHTS from day one NO wavering.

Just like San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez has.

Both of these cases are to be watched.

Sheriff Bolanos, Supervisors Canepa & Horsley, Names of 2 Drunk Sheriff Deputies, at Saddle Room Bar.

By Michael G. Stogner,

Update: May 20, 2022 Here are the names SMCSO Deputies Zachary Felise, and Nicholas Maier.

I know how much Honesty, Transparency and the Oath of Office mean to the three of you. It’s been almost a full month since the two off duty San Mateo County Sheriff Deputies have been placed on administrative from that incident, a fight with a civilian.

I’ve searched the Sheriff’s Press releases all month and Nothing has been acknowledged. Once again that doesn’t give the 760,000 residents confidence that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos is being honest, and it sure looks like you two SUPERVISORS are in full agreement with this behavior.

Nobody is above the Law except “THOSE WHO MATTER.”

You can simply respond in the comment section of this article.

What are their names?

San Mateo County Sheriff Office Booking Photo Audit.

By Michael G. Stogner

San Mateo County Sheriff Office released the Booking photo of Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez the day he was arrested which is exactly what the Sheriff Office is expected to do. Booking Photos belong to the Public.

Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez was Booked into jail, fingerprinted and photographed. He was charged with Smuggling a Cell-Phone and Drugs into Maguire Jail where he worked and he gave them to a Hells Angel Gang Member according to the Sheriff and District Attorney. That was over 5 years ago, There was never any evidence that those allegations were true or accurate. That is Outrageous Government Conduct, and Prosecutorial Misconduct.

San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Luis Dejesus Aquino was arrested for DUI September 14, 2019 @ 11:30 PM by the Redwood City Police Department on Broadway near the Deputy Sheriff Association building which has a bar in it. He refused both Blood and Breath test which according to DMV website is a Suspension of Drivers License for a 1 year period. The officer is required by law to immediately forward a copy of the completed notice of suspension or revocation form and any driver license taken into possession, with a sworn report to the DMV.

It’s not clear that Redwood City Police Officer’s took his Drivers License away from him or not at this time.

What is clear is that the Sheriff’s Office has refused to provide the Booking Photo.

The Supervisors of San Mateo County are the Oversight for the Residents.

Was Sheriff Sergeant Aquino Under-Charged and given Special treatment?

See Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and PIO Rosemerry Blankswade do release the Booking photos of some people arrested in San Mateo County.
They both are still refusing to release the Booking photo of Sheriff Sergeant Lou Aquino who was arrested September 2019 by the Redwood City Police Department for DUI and refusing both Breath and Blood tests.
Could you please ask both of them to explain why?
    Thank You

“Unqualified trust relationship with this partner.” Hon. Judge Lisa Novak

By Michael G. Stogner

CarlosG.Bolanos

Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos

In a response to the Commission on Judicial Performance .

The Commission on Judicial Performance, established in 1960, is the independent state agency responsible for investigating complaints of judicial misconduct and judicial incapacity and for disciplining judges, pursuant to article VI, section 18 of the California Constitution.

Somebody filed a complaint against Judge Novak because she notified all the Judges present at the June 20, 2017 Judges Meeting, She had made a finding that SMCSO Sergeant Michael E. Otte Perjured Himself in her courtroom.

The person or persons who filed the complaint was not concerned at all by the fact that a SMC Sheriff Sergeant would lie under oath in her court, the person and the CJP was only concerned that she informed all the Judges who attended.

She noted the close relationship between the Sheriffs Office and the Court and cited the need to have an unqualified trust relationship with this partner.

Lets look at this unqualified trust relationship with the Sheriff’s Office under the leadership of Carlos G. Bolanos.

In-Custody Homicide of Chinedu Okobi three False News Releases. Omitting 6th Sheriff Employee for starters.

San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Lou Aquino DUI arrested by RWCPD September 14, 2019 Sheriff Bolanos refuses to release the Booking Photo. Why?

San Mateo County former Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez criminal case going for more than 5 years with the sole purpose to cause harm to him mentally and financially. The public might recall the big Press Conference claiming Nobody is above the law in San Mateo County and Charging Deputy Lopez with Smuggling a Cellphone and Drugs to a Hells Angel member in Jail. Sheriff Carlos Bolanos knew there was No Evidence to support those charges.

These are just three current examples unqualified trust relationship with the Sheriff’s Office under the leadership of Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos.

An older example when Carlos G. Bolanos was Undersheriff 2010 the Brave Female Deputy reporting the 46 San Mateo County Sheriff Male Employees receiving and sharing Porn and Rape Video on County Computers.

It is my experience that Judges in San Mateo County have allowed Sheriff Employees and District Attorney Employees and County Counsel Employees to lie/file false instruments and give False Testimony on a daily basis, this is the Norm it shouldn’t be.

I say you can’t possibly manage what you don’t measure.

Lets find out exactly what happened after Hon. Judge Lisa Novak made a finding that SMCSO Sergeant Michael E. Otte Perjured Himself in her courtroom.
