San Mateo County’s “Abuse of Power” continues in the x Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case in court today.

The recent Batmobile case with more than 10,000,000 VIEWS and 22,000 comments shinned a bright light on the Abuse of Power that has existed and continues to exist today in San Mateo County.

What the recent Batmobile case demonstrated was the Abuse of Power that exists in the San Mateo County District Attorneys Office.

Thanks to Adam Alberti an executive with the Sam Singer Public Relations Firm in San Francisco, a Board of Directors Member of San Mateo County Sheriff Activities League, and Publisher of the RWC Climate Magazine, we have these quotes from SMC Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos regarding his decision to send an elite TEAM of 4 Sheriff Employees to another state to arrest and bring back one Mark Racop a minster who builds Batmobile cars.

San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos said:

“At any time during this investigation the DA’s Office could have informed us that we did not have enough evidence to proceed and that would have ended the investigation,”

“Had judges not issued the search or arrest warrants, we would have never served them.

In 2015 I went to the regular San Mateo County Board of Supervisor Meeting to make a Public Comment. I wanted to make my statement in Public so that there would be an official record documented.

Here is that statement regarding the State of California DMV Computers and the USPS computers being hacked in the San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez case.

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors were fully aware of this ABUSE of POWER.

My hope is that Adam Alberti would send a REPORTER to cover the 8 year criminal case of San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez, he is a Redwood City resident, his case should be compared to the Batmobile case and the Zain Jaffer case IMHO.

I have not seen any coverage by any San Mateo County Media of this Very Important case.

Where is Dan Noyes when the public needs him?

To the residents of San Mateo County you might remember your District Attorney’s Office Deliberately Filed FALSE charges against San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez in 2014. That was close to 8 years ago. They arrested him at gunpoint in front of his son. They held a Press Conference the charges included Smuggling a cell phone and drugs into the Maguire Jail and delivering them to an inmate. Every San Mateo County Employee involved with that investigation knew the Charges were FALSE.

Why was Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez falsely charged? Why is that OK with the 5 Supervisors.

Why is that OK with the 760,000 San Mateo County residents?

Why is that OK with Fixin SMC?

Why is that OK with Sheriff Elect Christina Corpus?

Why is that OK with the 800 Sheriff Employees?

Recently there was an Letter to the Editor titled Judges for Sheriff Bolanos. I laughed when I read that and thought that would be a great name for the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez criminal case.

As many of you know San Mateo County News.com has been reporting on Deputy Lopez’s case from the very beginning. I have attended almost every single hearing for more than 5 years I have lived in Monterey County so you can do the math on how many hours I have spent in Gridlock and court to bring the NEWS about this Very Important Criminal Case which demonstrates the Organized Crime and Corruption at all levels of San Mateo County Government.

Please join me in Courtroom 2G this Friday to show support to Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez.

I think everyone knows by now that Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos lost the election this month. I was surprised that he ran at all. For those of you who didn’t know Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos has been on the Witness list in the Juan P. Lopez case for almost 8 years, He has been protected by the County Counsel Attorneys all this this. Come January he is Retiring and it will be interesting to see if the Taxpayers continue to provide free legal services to him.

San Mateo County Elections Office 20 Covid-19 Positive. It’s Airborne always has been.

Up to 25 of the Elections Office’s 503 employees have contracted the virus in recent days.

San Mateo County is very casual about Covid-19 a prefect example was yesterday in San Mateo County Courtroom 2A in the afternoon session, the Honorable Judge Joseph Scott was not wearing a mask as he coughed and cleared his throat to many times to count, his SMCSO Bailiff also mask less. Just less than 2 weeks ago Judge Hugo Borja refused to allow anyone in the courtroom without a mask.

It would a good idea to have ALL of San Mateo County Judges be on the same page when it comes to protecting the Public.

San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Jordan Boyd has testified under oath that he started his own investigation of Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez. How many Criminal Investigations per year has SMCDA Inspector Jordan Boyd started without anyone asking him too? Lets look at the last 10 years.

San Mateo County District Attorney Supervisor Inspector William Massey tried twice to get Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s fiance FIRED. Her employer will testify to that FACT.

SMCDA Inspector Jordan Boyd took Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s California Drivers License away from him declaring it was SUSPENDED out of a Los Angeles Area Court.

Sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez’s first attorney Stuart Hanlon got it right in February 2015.

Retaliation Prosecution, San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez NF433910-A, in Court tomorrow.

It’s been more than 7 years, Juan P. Lopez wants his Jury Trial.

Retaliation Prosecution, Is that even a thing? It must be because San Mateo County District Attorney DDA Kimberly Perrotti, San Mateo County County Counsel Attorney Joseph Charles, and Hon. Judge Joseph Scott have spent an awful amount of the Courts Valuable time to make sure the JURY does not here those WORDS. Why? There is NO WAY that could possibly exist in San Mateo County Right?

There must be a checks and balance system in place to make sure that could never happen and if it did the Individuals who broke the law no matter who they are would be PROSECUTED, because Nobody is above the Law in San Mateo County Right?

If you are a resident of San Mateo County and you would like to know if Retaliation Prosecution exists, just ask Rachel Amanda Quintana, a resident of Half Moon Bay in 2015 a mother, sister, daughter, who did the right thing. Ask retired San Mateo County Sheriff Sergeant Michael Otte who committed a PC 115(a) Felony and committed PERJURY in Hon. Judge Lisa Novak’s courtroom January 5, 2017. Why was he NEVER CHARGED?

Ask Candidates for Sheriff of San Mateo County 2022, Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos and Sheriff Captain Christina Corpus how is it possible the SMCSO Sergeant Michael Otte was not PROSECUTED.

While your at it ASK SMCSO Captain Christina Corpus’s husband ret. Lt. John Kovach why St, Otte was not PROSECUTED. He was responsible for the Internal Investigation of Otte.

Half Moon Bay Resident David Eblovi Lawsuit for Truth in Sandra Lee Harmon’s Homicide by Sheriff Employee.

Update: 4:00 PM March 17, 2022 Attorney for San Mateo County Daniel T. McCloskey appeared and informed the Judge that Mr. Eblovi filled a Motion to Dismiss the case 2 weeks ago. The Judge checked his records and said the court has no record of that being filed. Mr. Eblovi did not make an appearance.

Did SMCDA DDA Kimberly Perroti commit Perjury?

Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez was Falsely Charged in 2014.

It only matters if you get charged.

Last week in Courtroom 2G the Hon. Judge Joseph Scott was hearing the Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez 7+ year criminal case that has never been to Jury trial yet when DDA Kimberly Perroti proudly announced that she personally contacted the prosecutor in Santa Clara County who was on a serious criminal case and the Defense Attorney was Erica Elizabeth Treeby who is Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez’s co-counsel. She announced that she has confirmed that the SCC case will be DARK (meaning not in session) on Thursday March 17, 2022 so there should be no reason Attorney Treeby could not attend Judge Scott’s court on that day.

There are so many things wrong about DDA Perrotti behavior but lets just focus on this one point. That information that the Hon. Judge Scott relied on was FALSE.

Next court date is Friday March 18, 2022, NOT Thursday
