Michael Leishman, It included Sergeant Sean Harper, Deputy Leddy, and Deputy Bradley P. Mulvihill. My question for the TEAM of 4, Did it ever cross your mind that this assignment was a TERRIBLE idea? Possibly even Criminal. I’ll bet if it didn’t cross your mind before you boarded your fligh, it has after ABC 7 I-TEAM Investigative Reporter Dan Noyes published his Video News Report about your adventure. As of last night after the story broke more then 2 MILLION Views and More than 10,000 COMMENTS.

San Mateo County Sheriff Lt. Michael Leishman is the 2nd RED FLAG. Does anybody remember the San Mateo County Sheriff Activity League (SAL) Embezzlement and Money Laundering Investigation involving several people and Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars?
SMCSO Lt. Michael Leishman was instrumental in producing the desired outcome of that Criminal Investigation. A reasonable person would know that it is a CONFLICT of INTEREST for a San Mateo County Sheriff Employee to investigate his Boss and co-workers. Lt. Michael Leishman had no problem with it.
